I think the title says it all, this place was a very typical hotel with an amazing staff. They were accommodating to both myself and the rest of the family (including our pets). The hot tub is located in the middle of a courtyard with all the windows from one wing of the hotel facing towards it... this was a... More

6 of us stayed here Dec 31 and Jan 1st , we had two bedroom suite which was one bedroom apartment with kitchen and everything and another standard queen suite. Sofa bed was comfortable and everything else was good and clean. Just remember to bring your salt/pepper/oil and other things if you are cooking, as there are dishes and pans... More

We used a Groupon for our stay here. One problem was that it ended up in US Dollars, even though we used a Canadian Groupon (I will read the fine print next time!). Not a good value that way. Also, we only qualified for the basic 1 queen bed room. That room was very small, too unfomfortable for 2 people... More

We really have no complaints. We got the king sized, one bedroom suite, and wanted for nothing during our two night stay. We found the suite to be nice and roomy, contrary to others' reviews. We traveled back and forth to Banff several times over the weekend. They were very clean lodgings, and the buffet breakfast was tasty. The staff... More

We bought this night on living social for $135. The unit is small with very well appointed use of space. Although there are only seats for 5 in the living room, the situation of the dining table makes for extra sitting space. There were only four of us so this space was perfect. So nice to have a kitchen and... More

My wife and I stayed one night with our two dogs. The room was large but ridiculously overpriced for what was there. It lacked basic amenities that hotels usually have like bathrobes, room service, there was a washer-dryer but I've stayed at many cheaper hotels that have laundry bags for you. There is a small hot tub which is nice... More

Hmmm….I was way less impressed with this place then other contributors. Standard rooms were extremely small and stuffy. Lacking things you would expect from any other hotel...especially this "lodge" type hotel in a town like Canmore. Our room oddly had only 1 bedside table and reading light, no chair, no soap (only what was attached to the bathroom sink)...so none... More

I stayed here for a friend's wedding in Canmore one night in November. We paid about $70 booked on booking.com. My friend and I shared a room with two single beds. The room was clean, and there was a coffeemaker with exactly 2 coffee pods! When a few other friends came to use the bathroom to get ready there was... More

I stayed here, and as with many other hotels, parking is one of the most complicated things. In this case, you just have to find parking on the road somewhere. It's free. Once I found parking, I went in. The front desk staff was friendly. The room was clean and comfortable, and the views were great. It's pretty easy to... More

I stayed for two nights in a large suite that met all of our needs. The bedrooms are small but the living area was perfect, complete with a fireplace and a very functional kitchen (including a dishwasher). The front desk staff helped us with a heat issue in our room (a very nice service person solved the problem) and accommodated... More
