We stayed here for two nights in a room next to the laundry (ground level), so the view was not so great as for other reviewers, but it was clean and everything you need was there (fridge, coffee maker, AC, etc.). We had two queens which were quite comfortable. The location of the motel is just great. You can easily... More

We were happy here for a night. It was clean, homey and conveniently located within walking distance of the center of town. We considered doing the Econolodge because it is a similar price point, but went with the mom-and-pop place. We were glad we did because it has a better location. Also, the front desk person welcomed us and helped... More

Rooms are very clean. This motel is right in downtown Canmore so convenient if you want to eat or walk around downtown. It is not fancy but great staff, views, & location. We enjoyed our 3 nights here in July.

We booked late and got a decent deal with the bow valley motel. We had spent the day white water rafting and we were knackered by the time we got to the motel. We arrived to a very nice lady at the front desk and we were checked in to a room on the top floor. When we got to... More

I stayed in this hotel with my husband for one night and although we couldn't check in until 3pm we were allowed to leave our car whilst we explored Canmore. The room we had was perfectly equipped. A nice sized room with a fridge. There was also wifi. Very centrally located and a very friendly check in receptionist. Would stay... More

I was quite skeptical about this place when we booked it. However I was pleasantly surprised by the view, cleanliness in the room and most importantly by the staff. Its the cutest place I have stayed in so far. Our room had a flat screen TV, Wi-Fi (which worked), fridge and a coffee machine. Every need of a guest was... More

Close to everything a traveler need, even laundry. Clean room. Beautiful view. Fresh air. Everyone smile. Love the rule for late arrive and early leave. Like live in friend's house. We stayed in the room close to stair/office and felt comfortable. PS: If you want a super quiet stay, choose other place. Except the traffic, restaurants around motel also make... More

We spent 3 nights here at the Bow Valley Motel. It was a fair establishment for the price, nothing extravagant. At the time we were there, several of the guests were displaced family's from the floods a year before, then could not go back into their homes because of mold. The motel put them up for a time and they... More

We had a good two nights stay in July. We had a quiet room on the third level with a great view outside our door. The room came with a fridge, air conditioning and WIFI. There's no lift at this motel so getting heavy bags to the 3rd floor is a chore. This motel is in the middle of town... More

The lady working at the front desk was wonderful and made you feel very welcomed and made sure if you needed anything at all she would help! The rooms were very clean, comfortable and warm as you can control your own heat! Was great as we happen to be there when the temperature outside went to -41 that night. The outside plugs... More
