Okay, maybe this isn't the swankiest place you'll ever stay, but for our needs it was ideal. The surrounding mountains provide a great view, there's a walking path along the river one minute away, and all the charms of downtown Canmore are right there at your doorstep. Two times my husband and i have stayed approximately 5 days...we love the location, on main street, access for shopping, mountain view all around...river right behind the building.The room was adequate, simple but clean with a fridge, the staff were very courteous and helpful...all in all we found both stays to be very enjoyable,,,occassionally there is a bit of street... more
