Staff was hit or miss. Some very friendly and helpful, others not. Rooms were small and bathroom was less than closet size like an afterthought. Location ok and less expensive than Banff area. Would not return.

A lovely setting is not enough to ever get my family back to this Hotel. I'll break down some of the issues for you; THE ROOM: Although the room was spacious, it was dirty. After finding a filthy tube sock under our bed from a previous guest I checked the air condition and was surprised at how filthy the air... More

We had a room on the 2nd floor with high ceilings which was very spacious and at a very good price. We asked for a room at the back of the property since those are away from the road and also further from the railroad that runs through town. Turned out well since it was quiet. New flat screen tv... Nice hotel, clean and comfy beds, nice continental breakfast the next day. The staff were friendly aswell. I found that our room was a little dated, but it was very large. It was a front having room, no balcony and if the weather was better it would have a view of the mountains.

We have made a stop at this hotel in Canmore, coming from Lake Louise. It is a comfortable and quiet place to stay at, with all amenities expected. Furnitures a bit outdated but all clean and well maintained. Not to be discounted, the hotel provides continental breakfast. A nice mountain view as well. Althougj located on a main street, the... We stayed here for two nights in a room on the first floor. The furniture and appliances may look a bit old but the bathrooms and beds are very clean and comfortable. The back door opens so we could carry things to and from the car without going through the lobby. The balconies on the second floor also look very... More

Stayed here on business with co workers and it was nice. Each room had something wrong with it be it the fireplace the heater or the smoke detector. The rooms are a little small and outdated but cozy, the fireplace is a nice touch. The lobby though is what makes that place worth it, the giant fireplace with the comfy... More

We stayed with our family of six for one night. We had a family room, two queen beds and a pullout with a balcony. The staff were very friendly on check in, and the common area was very nice. The room was very nice and clean. There were two unfortunate downsides however. The beds we were told were new, but... More

Very pleased with first overnight in Canmore. Hotels booked during folk festival so booked the best of few available. Young man and young woman at front desk were friendly, helpful and so nice! Room very pleasant with large balcony, fridge and nice amenities. Breakfast good, something for everyone including p a n I n I s and waffles. Loved the... More

Stayed at the inn on July 18. The Inn and surrounding grounds were very well maintained and clean. I liked the room, as there was a separate room for the kitchen, which also had a back door. The price was reasonable, and if you enjoy walking, its is about a 15 minute walk to the main strip in Canmore.
