Hallway rugs were stained (gave a poor first impression). Wall baseboards in room was broken/missing. Washroom very small. No breakfast included. Overall, it was too expensive for the quality of the hotel. Should have been $125 instead of $200+.

Finding this place was a bit of a challenge - even Google Maps still had it listed as the Radisson! Turns out I stayed here a few years ago, back when it was a Radisson property. It hasn't changed much, although it seems Coast is in the process of doing some upgrades. PROS Location - right on the main street... More

I stayed at the Coast Hotel for 3 weeks over the summer ( 3 separate weeks) and each visit was very pleasant. The rooms are nice and modern, big TV my rooms had a fridge and microwave in them, nice restaurant called Vic's front desk Employees were very pleasant. I would stay here again, even though these were business trips... More

The exterior is very nice (great looking entrance/front desk and very nice outdoor patio area) but the interior was very very dirty. (Ive stayed at lots of budget hotels like super 8s, comfort inns etc in my travels but this was very very dirty). Especially for the price per night: carpets are so stained (literally blood on some areas), but... More

A beautiful spot nestled away in the rocky tundra known as Canmore, Alberta. This hotel is definitely not without it's flaws. The carpets aren't brand spanking new, the breakfast isn't free, the WiFi isn't the best and the prices are a bit steep. Despite all that, it's the beautiful STAFF who make this hotel great. The friendly housekeepers, the wonderful... More

The other bed worked but did not matter what setting it was on it was uncomfortable. TV didnt work so stayed awake till 4 am staring at ceiling and finally passed out from exhaustion. No discount on... More

Awesome deals for the romantic 1 night in nice suite 100 dollars worth of dinner at Vic's (very good) and then you pay 10 dollars more to upgrade for breakfast a better room and 2 drink tickets. Staff made everything very easy. My slippers didn't fit but whatever oh yeah and a free bottle of wine so can't complain we... More

Uncomfortable beds and bad plumbing was my experience. Would not stay here again. When I checked in the front desk gave me my room key, I had been hiking all day and really just wanted a shower. Was given a ground floor room with the view of the carpark. Had a shower and the tub was blocked. Rang front desk... More

Nice hotel. But more staff are needed. Stayed for three nights and we had to call front desk constantly to get the basics (coffee replenished, garbage emptied, etc..). Really don't understand why they don't have a sign that says "Formerly Radisson" . The lack of cleaning tainted our experience.

This hotel is terrible. For $175 we got incredibly crappy service from staff, the restaurant took 2 hours to bring us our food. The hotel is dingy, carpets stained, beds uncomfortable... Very gross. For the amount of money we would be better off in a camping spot.
