This hotel is overpriced for what it is. The front desk staff was pleasant and efficient. The hallways look like they have not been cleaned in months. The room felt like a much cheaper line of hotels. It was loud, the beds were uncomfortable the pillows even worse. At $239 with no breakfast and nasty feeling of the room it... More

We stayed here for a few days with my boyfriends parents. We didn't have any issues with the beds. I like a softer bed. I set the bed at 35 and when I woke up it was still set at 35. I have stayed here 10 years ago when it was the Radisson. It has not changed. The staff was... More

Sleep number bed was broken and stuck on the highest setting. Tossed and turned all night trying to fall asleep in a rock. No remote for the tv. When I went to check out in the morning, no one was at the front desk. I walked out the main doors, and two staff members were smoking right beside the door.... More

My husband and I stayed three days at this nasty hotel. We have been to Canmore before and have always stayed at the Ramada........sure wish we did again. Soon as you walk into the elevator.....the stone looking floor is chipped so badly, you could trip or roll a ankle. Then leaving the elevator to your room, the carpets in the... More

Avoid the main floor unless you have a pet. Crying kid and loud parents across the hallway (guess kids and dogs go better together) so barely got sleep, staff looked worn out, stains on the green carpet looked trashy.Restaurant was not worth it, better to go downtown to eat. Hot tub under repair and breakfast not included for over $200... More

We stayed here while touring around Banff. The staff at check in were very helpful and friendly, the rooms and building however needs updating. The hallways were untidy and carpets badly stained, there was a laundry cart full of dirty linens left in hallway by elevator for most of the night. Our room was fairly clean with exception of shower... More

Nice play to stay at Coast Canmore Hotel and Conference Centre. Great mountains view and good trail for walking and biking. The room rates are not including breakfast. Some fast food, pizzeria, convenience and liquor stores and mountain accessories stores across the street.

Hallway rugs were stained (gave a poor first impression). Wall baseboards in room was broken/missing. Washroom very small. No breakfast included. Overall, it was too expensive for the quality of the hotel. Should have been $125 instead of $200+.

Finding this place was a bit of a challenge - even Google Maps still had it listed as the Radisson! Turns out I stayed here a few years ago, back when it was a Radisson property. It hasn't changed much, although it seems Coast is in the process of doing some upgrades. PROS Location - right on the main street... More

I stayed at the Coast Hotel for 3 weeks over the summer ( 3 separate weeks) and each visit was very pleasant. The rooms are nice and modern, big TV my rooms had a fridge and microwave in them, nice restaurant called Vic's front desk Employees were very pleasant. I would stay here again, even though these were business trips... More
