The place is close to restaurants and convenient to the main highway. The rooms have been redone and the beds are super comfortable. We had a room with a king bed, fireplace and balcony. There was a jet tub in the bathroom. The breakfast was ample and check in was quick, lots of parking right in front of the building.... More

We chose this place on the spur of the moment (found it listed in our CAA guide) because it is definitely cheaper than Banff and was also cheaper than some other hotels in Canmore. The room had a fridge, a microwave and one-cup Keurig coffee maker. Beds were comfortable with good linens and pillows, bathroom was nice. Front desk very... More

This hotel was very good. We chose it because it was cheaper than the ones in the Banff National Park. It is roughly 20km from Banff. There are shops around the hotels, restaurants and fuel stations. Now the hotel itself is quite charming. We stayed for 3 nights; we spent 2 nights in an executive suite for only 20$ more... More

The room was clean and very quiet except for the excessively squeaky bed my kids slept in.. It was nice to have the option to upgrade breakfast the next morning.having the tossiomo coffee system in the room was a good break from the normal in room coffee.

Book this hotel as a cheaper alternative to staying in Banff. Very nice place and clean. Had a room in which included bunk beds for my two boys..."great Idea"!! Hotel is situated right across from some restaurants and stores. This made it easy when it came time for meals. Would recomended this place as a cheaper alternative to staying in... More

Keep in mind this is the Econo Lodge. But realizing that, the staff was incredibly accommodating and the room was certainly very comfortable and clean. The continental breakfast was very modest but it was free!

We stayed one night at the end of our Canadian rockies vacation as we had an early flight out of Calgary the next day. This has to be the nicest Econo lodge I've ever seen. Staff at reception were extremely nice and helpful, and the room was great! Totally upgraded with a great fireplace, flatscreen tv, fridge, microwave, and nice... More

We are choice privilege members and stay at a lot of their hotels but usually shy aware from Econo Lodges. This was indeed a very pleasant surprise. When we arrived early the young lady at the desk was very helpful in directing us to the local sites to visit while waiting for our room to be ready. When we returned... More

For an older hotel it was really nice. Our room was clean and nice. The staff were all great and friendly. Parking is easy and close. There's no elevator so it you have heavy luggage ask for the first floor. At times you can hear people in other rooms but overall not too bad. But I would defiantly stay here... More

Stayed here on trip through Rockies from Vancouver to Calgary. Mountain views were magic and this was a reasonably priced clean and comfortable place to stay. You help yourself to breakfast which is fine and basic and you can always get a decent coffee on the road. Our room had a gas fireplace and was large and gave the room... More
