Rooms are clean, smelled good, water pressure was good and water was hot. Bed was not incredibly comfortable, but as expected for a hotel in this price range in the Rockies. We booked ahead on expedia, and then our trip didn't work out as planned, so we ended up staying here the day before our booking. We called ahead and... More

We arrived at this hotel after a long day at the Calgary stampede, The one thing I do when I rent a hotel is strip the bed and see if the toilet is clean, well I had a nice surprise when I went in The bathroom, someone had urinated in the bathroom and did not flush, when I stripped the... More

Arrived july 6. With my husband. Calgary stampede week. Muggy, warm, about 90. Check in to a rather run down but clean looking room on 2nd floor. Not too bad. Until we want to go to bed. Its still at least 80 degrees. Our bed is by the front window. No air conditioning so we open the window. Of course... More

I booked this hotel room two months ago in May for a July wedding. I knew I had to book early to get a decent price in the mountains during Stampede time. I paid $125....so I was happy. I was looking for a cheap room, but not shady. Honestly, it's totally ok. Yes it's dated, but I knew I wasn't... More

We only stayed one night and it was awful. The reception was very curt with us. The room was hot and stuffy as there's no air conditioning. They provided a fan that didn't rotate because it was broken. There's no ventilation in the bathroom and the bathroom window didn't open. The room smelled stale and old. I'm not sure if... More

This hotel was unclean and poorly maintained. It was also way overpriced. Poor security and no smoke detector. There is no air conditioning and the room was a temperate 28degrees. I would highly recommend that an alternative hotel be in your best interest.

Don't stay here. My husband was tired after an 8 hour drive, so we stopped and found this lodge. By 3:30 am my husband and son were all itchy and discovered there were bed bugs crawling all over them. I killed a few, and decided we had to get out of there. It was extremely smoky, although it was supposed... More

We stayed here at the start of our honeymoon and really enjoyed it. The cabin-style room we got was very basic, but worked out great for us. Cute and a nice escape for us. The bed was very comfy, have full cable on a basic tv, and smells like a log cabin too. Internet is very slow though, if you... More

Don't stay there to save a few bucks for the following reasons: the room they tried to put us into had a toilet leak, the 2nd room had dust all over the place and I even found a bug in the room. I kept finding other people's hairs in the bed - we have black hair but the hairs were... More
