We only stayed one night and it was awful. The reception was very curt with us. The room was hot and stuffy as there's no air conditioning. They provided a fan that didn't rotate because it was broken. There's no ventilation in the bathroom and the bathroom window didn't open. The room smelled stale and old. I'm not sure if... More

This hotel was unclean and poorly maintained. It was also way overpriced. Poor security and no smoke detector. There is no air conditioning and the room was a temperate 28degrees. I would highly recommend that an alternative hotel be in your best interest.

Don't stay here. My husband was tired after an 8 hour drive, so we stopped and found this lodge. By 3:30 am my husband and son were all itchy and discovered there were bed bugs crawling all over them. I killed a few, and decided we had to get out of there. It was extremely smoky, although it was supposed... More

We stayed here at the start of our honeymoon and really enjoyed it. The cabin-style room we got was very basic, but worked out great for us. Cute and a nice escape for us. The bed was very comfy, have full cable on a basic tv, and smells like a log cabin too. Internet is very slow though, if you... More

I've stayed at Rundle Mountain before and I only had good things to say... check out my last review! On December 2013 I stayed there with my wife and the place has taken a turn for the WORST! above my room there was a guy smoking pot the entire time he was there and he was coughing and hacking LOUDLY...... Don't stay there to save a few bucks for the following reasons: the room they tried to put us into had a toilet leak, the 2nd room had dust all over the place and I even found a bug in the room. I kept finding other people's hairs in the bed - we have black hair but the hairs were... More

This lodge is disgusting. I have stayed in hostels in 3rd world countries that are better than this place. There is black mould in the bathroom, broken smoke detectors, dust everywhere. The carpets had an unknown powder all over them, the room smelled old and stale. I tried to air it out but the screens on the windows were broken,... More

I stayed a couple of nights here and enjoyed my stay. There are many positives to this place, particularly the price. This is definitely a place for budget travellers, fussy people should look elsewhere. I stayed in the queen cabin and really liked the log cabin look of the room. There were plenty of tv channels but I found the... More

we stayed here for 3 nights. the place is very simple but we got nice room, it was clean, there is enough parking for free and you can see your car from the room's window. the location is very good , there are supermarkets and restaurants nearby. if you are traveling around Banff national park than it is a very... We stayed here about a week ago in one of the one queen cabins, it was functional but nothing luxurious about it; a good stay for the budget traveller. The staff were friendly, however upon check in there was a fairly large group of people in the lobby being loud, having what appeared to be a dinner party; it was... More
