My family and I stopped there after a long travel. It was such a cozy place! The front desk area was really nice and welcoming. The woman who worked front desk was really kind and helpful. The room was so clean smelling and all the linens felt fresh. Would definitely stay there again!

We booked this Hotel through Priceline and got a really good price so I was happy with the value for our money. We were travelling in peak season and the pricey Jasper hotels were actually all booked up for the weekend we were there. We were driving from Jasper to Banff so Hinton was a pretty significant detour from our... More

As a last minute getaway to Jasper over the thanksgiving weekend, We got good rate here, and for the price we were not disappointed. Stayed for 2 nights. Lobby was clean and welcoming. Rooms were clean. Beds could be more comfortable(may be we are used to a softer mattress at home, it felt springs were poking) . Breakfast was included... More

If you bear in mind this is a simple and cheap motor lodge then you won't go far wrong with staying at Econolodge. The reception was clean and airy with a helpful check in agent. The room was also of a good size, clean and bright with microwave, tea/coffee/kettle and a sofa/table area. For a budget inn you couldn't fault... More

Staying at the Econo Lodge was horrible! Beds like a rock, very dirty and the continental breakfast was a joke. No fruit, microwave sunny side "eggs"--ugh! Stale English muffins and that was all there was--with a view of the laundry room. Wasted money and time!!!

The rates were cheaper than where we stayed the previous night and the room was better, however the hotel staff seemed a bit "exhausted" even though this is the shoulder season and they were not full. They had a pool table but no balls or ques and when we asked about this we were confused by the answer (it seemed... More

I would be embarassed to be the management of this dump. Stood at the front desk for 17 minutes listening to the desk clerk on the phone. Not once did she acknowledge my presence. Hotel key was tagged with half a post it note. (very professional) Got off the elevator on the third floor to be greeted by a foul... More

We booked this hotel through Hotwire and got a decent rate for a Friday night at the end of August. It was intended as a quick stopover on our way to Kelowna. The hotel was easy to find and check in was efficient. The room was basic and comfortable. As others have said in reviews, the wireless Internet access was... More

This was the lowest priced room we could find in Hinton so I was a litttle worried about what we'd get. All turned out well. Yes the air conditioner was a bit noisy, and the room wasn't up to 4 start quality, but it more than met our needs. The breakfast room was over crowded, so we took our food... More

Stayed for one night before heading to jasper. Was far cheaper than hotels in jasper and was an hour from Hinton to jasper. The room was clean but tired looking. Old style tv but got many channels. The free wifi was poor or non existing. The morning breakfast was self serve. Toast, cereal, coffee, juice, yogurt and boiled eggs. It... More
