We discovered our toilet was leaking as soon as we got there (not a drip, but pouring out the top). I immediately told the front desk, who informed me, they were aware of the problem, but didn't have the part to fix it, so please put towels under the toilet. Excuse me? You indicated that you have pictures to show in re: to the "mushrooms" growing in the washroom. Can you please forward those, as I would like some sort of proof as to what this individual is claiming.
Booked room via bchotels.org, then had to cancel. bchotels.org site stated reservation was cancelled and hotel states they never did receive the cancellation. Each pointed the finger at each other. After receiving an email from bchotels.org stating that their records show the reservation was cancelled the hotel still would not refund the room charge they placed on the credit card....... more
Guest was advised that the hotel has a 48 hour cancellation policy, email she forwarded to me from BC HOTELS also stated that we have a 48 hr cancellation policy. She tried to cancel within that time frame, that is why the cancellation did not go through and also the reason that she was charged.
If you like to gag on chlorine and curry smells, pay real hotel money for an '80s decor motel, eat breakfast goods that were baked in the same decade and have been on the shelf ever since, and wait for the reception desk man to finish talking to his girlfriend before addressing your concerns, and then billing you for something... more
The only section of the hotel where chlorine is used is the pool, which is sealed off from the remainder of the hotel. While the staff may be east indian, there is no cooking on site by any hotel staff(curry smell). Breakfast is a continental style and we ensure all items are fresh.

Re: forgotten phone charger. Any items left behind by guests are kept in the lost and found(located at the front desk) for at least 3 months (usually much longer). While we cannot contact every guest, every time something is left behind. If we are able to determine which guest left behind a particular item, we do contact the guest and...
Good sized room with tea/coffee making facilities, privte balcony overlooking highway. Continental breakfast included - good choice of food - dining area clean, free parking. Didn't think much of the reception staff - unfriendly. One fault - bed linen a bit smelly/unclean. Wouldn't stay here again. more

We were extremely displeased with the quality of this hotel. For $100 after the AAA discount we were expecting better than HAIR IN THE SHEETS. Not only that, the fan in the bathroom didn't work and it's cover was off and sitting on the shelf. The screen was falling off the A/C unit, and the bathroom door striker was hanging... more
Will I do dispute the entire review, what I can inform you of 100% and show proof of is that we do not store guests credit card or any other personal information on paper. Any printout for a receipt would have only the last 4 digits of the credit card number on it, not the entire number.
The rooms were a good size especially with the fridge and microwave. Pool was good and warm. I like the large hot tub that can hold up to 10 people. more
