Horrible customer service, would never return! Our experience. 38 degrees Celsius summer camping trip to meet friends here for 4 nights. We are tenting with our tandem kayak. We booked in Feb. 2015 for visit on July 31, 2015. Upon arrival, the office moved us from shaded site 27 (close to the water) to site 239. They assured us that... More

We booked to stay for 2 days in August. The entrance to the campsite and cultural centre is very nice, unfortunately that's as far as it goes with this place !! It's the worst campsite we've ever stayed at. EVER !!! The campsite was completely over run with intoxicated beer drinking red necks and feral children. We were welcomed by... More

We stayed one night and were able to get a reservation a few days before. The process of obtaining a spot was awkward. They said they reserved a spot but you had to actually line up at 1:00PM to determine what you actually got. We ended up with a not so nice spot next to the dog park and we... More

This summer, we decided to book a yurt at this campground, the picture online looked amazing. don t be fooled...We have been to campgrounds all across Canada. this is by far the worst place we ve ever stayed. First, let start with campground security. Our neighbours were partying until late at night and nothing was said. we had to put... More

We (family of 3 with a truck and camper) seldom stay in RV Parks - instead opting to stay in Provincial Park Campgrounds. However, in Osoyoos full hookups are nice - allowing us to have air-conditioning. The sites are notably wider than at a typical RV park. The water sites are amazing. The additional amenities at the campground are nice... More

I reserved a spot for tenting here in March with a tent. I asked for power. On july 18 I e-mailed them and reminded them of my reservation with power. Then on July 20 th , which was my starting day , for 6 days. I called them in the morning. I got directed to an answer machine. So I... More

this campground is definitely not all its hyped up to be...here are my opinions on why: -lack of staff managing / controlling the site - kids as little as 4 years old ripping around alone on gas powered golf carts all day. ( really ruins the serenity and safety of your trip!) -sites are VERY small with serious lack of... More

The campground is decent enough if someone expensive but the service is among the worst they have experienced. I booked a spot for two nights and, admittedly, it was rather last minute. I was told that I would have to change spots after the first night. Sure, it was inconvenient but we decided to do it. When I checked in,... More

We have a good time every year camping with our family at N'K'Mip. But it's more because of the company than the location. We wish the place was a bit different but we know what we are in for and aren't surprised. A few things we like: The convenience of the store being close by. The taps and electrical hook... More
