We stayed here using points for the May 24 long-weekend. Check-in was easy, friendly young lady, but no recognition as a platinum member, even though it was stated on the paperwork. “Really all lakeview rooms?”

The hotel is at a good location and the website states it has lake view in every unit. However, mybe we were no so lucky to live in the corner unit on the first floor close to the parking lot and we can only see the lake through the cars on the parking lot.
