Includes laundry, functional wifi, pool & hot tub. Very Clean sites, well organized place, and great great customer service from both karen & shaun. I recommend this place, even though you pay a bit more! Right across the lake with access to the sand! Stayed 2 nights!

We stayed 2 nights with our 5th wheel. The grounds were clean and well managed. It is more upscale than NK'MIP. Thanks for having quiet hours from 11 pm to 7 am. Great beach was across the street. Free laundry facilities for guests (non-owners) from 2-10 pm which was great! Staff were helpful but the WiFi sucked otherwise I would... More

Site is the best that is out there in osoyoos. That is not saying a lot though. For $60 a night it's a bit much to be crammed in like sardines. The sites are so tight with vehicles everywhere we had a hard time backing into our spot. Hookups were all there thought which was great. I didn't like the... More

My wife and I stayed with my 12 yr old son on the July 4th weekend (stayed 4 days) Very well maintained grounds, clean showers, very nice pool and hottub. Located across the street from a small but very nice beach. The staff we spoke to were very pleasant. Very many positive points to make including location, and close proximity... More

This is an excellent RV resort that is close to the beach and is highly recommended by numerous knowledgeable users. The managers are friendly, helpful people that make this kind of camping fun.The facilities are well maintained with clean showers and free laundry. It tends to be a clean, quiet spot because most folks like it that way and keep... More

We could only stay the one night. No staff was available when we arrived after 5 PM so we did the self check-in. My hubby used his credit card number on the forms. We were gone in the morning before check out time. Never saw any staff. Very quiet night. Many empty spaces. It all looks pretty new. I was... More

We don't normally go for this type if resort but wanted a bit of 'luxury' for a few days after weeks in Provincial Parks. Sites are close together but have tall trees between them. So still felt private. Loved it. Great clean modern facilities. Friendly and helpful staff. Quiet end of the lake. Beach very convenient. Gym, pool, free laundry... More

This RV Resort is probably one of the best in the area based on what we saw. We don't usually stay in this type of campground so we found the sites crowed and close together. They have tried to make them private with the cedar hedges we were fortunate to have a site against the retaining wall and not looking... More

This RV resort has been totally refurbished recently. Everything is so neat and clean as well as top maintained. All technical installations such as power, water, cable TV etc. are best - on top it is very kids friendly and you only have to cross the Lakeside Drive in front of the resort to reach the little public beach at...
