We got stranded there because of wild fires had the highway closed,, all hotels were filled except this one,, we found out why. They charged us $150.00,, air conditioning was a 1960 unit that howled and di not work,, bar fridge was dirty and old,, when we opened it there was someone else's moldy left overs in there,, beds were... Rooms are outdated, no phone, dirty washrooms, no shampoo. AC only in the main area, not in the rooms. Most of the guests are young party goers, it was noisy at night. The only positive thing about this place is the beach ! Not a place for a family

Great location, very central. Stayed on the Falcon Resort side. Great beach. Motel could use a lot of updating and kitchenettes need to be stocked better with basic equipment. But was comfortable enough, decent price for high season. Pleasant staff.

Our car broke down just outside of Osoyoos on our way back from Vancouver to Nelson, so we needed a place to say overnight. My dad and I were both not in the mood for looking so we just stopped here and that was a really bad decision. First of all, it was very expensive but you have to expect... More

We were just looking for a place to lay our heads for the night and had found this place on Trivago. For the 90 bucks total cost in off season our expectations weren't high, but we'll never be staying there again. Upon entering the parking lot in the late afternoon we weren't sure if it was even open, as there... More

Whoa! Due to an emergency, we had to cut our camping short and had to find a place to stay on a friday night in August! We needed two rooms, both for two adult and two children six and under. And we snuck a third one in our room in a crib. The rooms were $149 and $159 each. One... More

Besides the location, everything else about this place is just bad. Everything about the room looked badly kept and dirty. If you are just looking for a pillow to rest your head and don't care about anything else, then this is the place. I would not recommend this place to my friends. Also, the beach front is very small and... More

This is the worst motel I have ever stayed in it looks worse than the backside of an elephant. This is a despicable place and would remind you of a place a fugitive would stay if he was on the run. It's filled with dollar store cutlery and dishes. I'm ashamed and dissapointed that I ever stayed in here. This... More

Stayed here a few times as the location is truly awesome, with views of the lake and mountains from some of the functional but scruffy rooms. Price is lower than other places on the beach but I dont think I will stay again a its just too depressing. Service is abysmal - I complained about the room and the receptionist... More
