I have never seen a room with stained sheets with bodily fluidslike this, wrinkled pillows as if someone had just left the beds. Very old looking setting. I did not feel safe as there was no way to lock the door from the inside, no chain lock or dead bolt. I would not recommend this hotel to anyone I care.

The room is fair sized and clean. Newly renovated but the plumbing is very old. There was no coffee maker and no hair dryer. It was okay for the price. I agree, insisting on 200 characters is a fault for trip advisor.

This is a basic motel...no surprises except for the bbq area which is really cool. It was too cold to use this trip but would be very handy in the summer. it's on a main street, busy with rail tracks and train going by VERY close. it did not keep us awake but you can DEFINITELY hear the train in... We were on our way home from winnipeg and stopped at the timberline. Great value for your money. Quiet clean rooms. When we left in the morning the owner thanked us waved goodbye and sincerely appreciated the business. Was well worth the stop

Stayed here for one night on the first stop of a cross canada trip. Room was as expected, small, clean, good working shower and perfectly adequate for what becomes a 10 hour stopover before hitting the road again. Price was reasonable with a small extra charge for our dog. Convenient to restaurants,TH's etc. Friendly front office staff.

Stayed here during a cross Canada trip. Very simple. The front lobby looks a bit like the owner's living room - so it felt a bit weird to go in. Room had an odd smell but I'm fairly certain that was the local paper mill's fault, not the hotel. Clean, but could use a facelift.

I spent the night here thinking that it would be a decent place to stay after a long day of driving. I was wrong. I could deal with the fact that the room that I stayed in looked nothing like the photos on the website, that the room had a bit of a smell, was old and worn and that... More

Checked in at around 1am after a long drive, because it was the only place that answered the doorbell and was decently priced. Luckily, it worked out well. Nothing fancy, just a small and clean motel room. The front desk employee was nice and checked us in quickly. It was just what I needed for a shower and a few... More

Checked in during a snow storm. I picked this place for the good reviews and then the "special" price. Well the special price was not in effect and extra 10 bucks for my pet - which was fine. Room is clean and comfortable beds. No option given. Not sure if this place has anything but double beds? Warm and quiet.... More

Stayed recently for a business trip. It was a nice and comfort place to stay. Also recently renovated and making feel like home. :-)
