By mistake I booked a smoking suite. The odor of smoke wasn't bad but my companion has no tolerance for smoke. We had a value package with one night and one day at Canada's Wonderland that was really affordable. The room was a home office (big room) with a king bed that was really confortable. People walk the halls really loud and there are several teenage boys on my floor (at 11:30pm) that treat it like a freshman dorm hall running around and yelling. I called management 3 times already with no luck. Room service food is overpriced and disgusting. Rooms and hallways smell. Poor management!!!! more
