“Average at best; rooms need to be renovated!”

“Not bad, but....”

We stayed here four nights during the National Squash championships due to its close proximity to our venue. Staff were very friendly and competent. “Good hotel, horrible restaurant!”

We couldn't find another place to eat that wasn't packed so we decided to eat at the restaurant in the hotel since we were staying here anyways. It took 45 minutes to get our food, the children's food was COLD, they screwed up at least 2 of our 7 orders, the waiter could not seem to do more than one... More

“Complimentary room upgrade was a great start!”

We arrived at 1pm and even though check in time is 3pm, our was room ready AND we were given a complimentary upgrade to a Jr. Suite. Great start! Suite had sitting area with fridge, microwave, sink, coffee maker, large desk, pull out couch and flat screen tv. “quiet accomodations”

This hotel offers quiet accomodations. Nothing fancy about this place, but everything was in order. The lounges and chairs by the elevators for seating. Check in was efficient. Elevators are quick. I would recommend this hotel to others.

The hotel was booked for a friends birthday party. The suite was spacious and clean and accommodated our party. The staff was friendly and helpful during check-in and for the duration of our stay. “Decent place to stay”

This is a convenient hotel if you have business or personal activities in the Markham area. Good restaurant in the hotel and several others including a fun local pub within walking distance. Rooms have decent light, parking is good and there is a small workout room.
