We booked this hotel through Expedia for $75/night +$15 taxes and fees. This was significantly less than booking directly with the hotel. If you're looking for an expensive room with a bed for the night then this is your place. However, for the price, you don't get any of the usual hotel services. Just stayed again at this great hotel for about the 6th time in a year. Rooms always large, harbour view, spotlessly clean and every room different. We stayed here for just two nights, 23rd and 24th September. The front desk were exceptionally obliging, nothing was too much trouble. I stayed here one night for a conference at the hotel. I found the room average, the service average and the hotel amenities below average. While the rate may be lower than downtown Vancouver, it still isn't value for money in my opinion. more

We had the most horrible sleep all because of the pillows. They were old, so firm they crushed my ears, so dusty they triggered my husband's asthma (which has been dormant for years). This hotel is beautiful! In addition to that, the location is fantastic. the hotel is situated right on the water, over a small indoor mall that has a farmers market during the summer. more
