I am a travel agent who actually works downstairs to this hotel. Every day I inform people on how to get to the front desk and I have recommend it to anyone who needs a good hotel on the North Shore of Vancouver. Now that I have stayed there myself, I can say that I totally love this hotel. The... more

We have stayed at the Londsdale Quay for several years, and enjoy the excellent location, above the market selling everything from fresh fruit and vegetables, all types of food, coffee shops, and an authentic British pub, all overlooking the water to the city of Vancouver. Also ,a plus was the internet hookup in our suite. The Sea Bus is a few minutes... more

We booked this hotel through Expedia for $75/night +$15 taxes and fees. This was significantly less than booking directly with the hotel. What we got was an exceptionally clean, attractively furnished room with a king bed and view of...the building next door. For the price, we could do without a view. I am sensative to chemicals so I really appreciated... more

If you're looking for an expensive room with a bed for the night then this is your place. However, for the price, you don't get any of the usual hotel services. There is no late night room service, no mini bar, everything shuts down at 9.00pm. Even if you order food to be delivered, you have to go pick it... more

Just stayed again at this great hotel for about the 6th time in a year. Rooms always large, harbour view, spotlessly clean and every room different. Situated above the Lonsdale Quay Market, it offers a great variety of ethic markets, restaurants and shops. Convenient parking on the lower level. Many good restaurants within a few blocks, including Gusto di Quattro... more

We stayed here for just two nights, 23rd and 24th September. The front desk were exceptionally obliging, nothing was too much trouble. Our room was exceptionally clean, with all facilities we could have wished for, even free Internet connections. The market underneath the hotel has everything as far as food is concerned, a great Pub/Restaurant is the Cheshire Cheese -... more

We booked two rooms through Expedia for 4 nights.Total costs were CAD$1,078 which was cheaper than booking with the hotel direct and much cheaper than anything on offer in downtown Vancouver. We liked it for several reasons. The rooms were spacious and we had an ever changing view of a quay, tugs and various other sea faring facilities. Beds were... more

I stayed here one night for a conference at the hotel. I found the room average, the service average and the hotel amenities below average. While the rate may be lower than downtown Vancouver, it still isn't value for money in my opinion. more

We had the most horrible sleep all because of the pillows. They were old, so firm they crushed my ears, so dusty they triggered my husband's asthma (which has been dormant for years). And we booked the executive room purely on the fact that it has "luxury" bedding, according to the website. The room itself is standard with just some... more

Please note, our pillows were all replaced Feb. 2008. Also, we do not use feather pillows and the pillows are non-allergenic. Customer can contact us directly and let us know which room he was in, therefore we can inspect the pillows.

This hotel is beautiful! In addition to that, the location is fantastic. the hotel is situated right on the water, over a small indoor mall that has a farmers market during the summer. more
