We stayed here in May of 2015. The property is a large motel with breakfast room and swimming pool. It is clean with comfortable beds and free parking. We had a sitting room area as well. Although Capilano Road has a lot of traffic we found the room quiet at night. We enjoyed an ample free breakfast sitting in their... More

Booked online but called hotel first to verify check in and pool/hot tub ... Was told they had both. We checked in & nothing was said to us, go to use and gate is locked. Owner has best western next door as well so when we inquired as to why it was locked they said something is wrong and they... More

I picked this hotel at random as it stated that it was not too far a distance from the port. Firstly, there is a bridge to cross to get to this hotel from the airport, depending on traffic this can be a bit of a crawl. It was about $50 to come from airport to the hotel, but can be... More

appreciated the ease in finding the hotel. We found that it was very quiet. We stayed one night on our way through north Vancouver. It was just fine. The rooms are small and dated, but ours was clean. The breakfast was fine. Many people eating at the same time, quite a small area, but they had tables outside in the... More

This is a good budget hotel in a reasonable location, the rooms are adequate, pretty well maintained although the kitchen in our room could do with a spruce up. The breakfast is a good variety with hot and cold food and fresh do it yourself waffles. The location is good for Horseshoe bay and not too far from Stanley Park... More

This location has definately seen better days, stayed one night on a 2 day trip to Vancouver. It wasn't the best hotel I've ever stayed in, but it was clean, quite and affordable so overall a good place to crash for the night. Complimentary breakfast was ok, your usual cold foods, plus sausages that aren't really that hot, But again,... More

We only stayed here for one night for a soccer tournament. Had a room with a kitchenette which was great and the room was spacious. Clean room and comfortable beds. The only downfall was a small window which had no blinds and the sun shone right into our eyes in the morning. Breakfast was good with a variety of hot... More

I was pleasantly surprised at how nice this Comfort Inn was. I managed to secure a cheap rate through Kayak and ended up with a mini suite. I was in the courtyard of the main part of the hotel, so I felt safe (not that it is necessarily in a bad area). The front desk staff was friendly and the... More

First the positives: Friendly staff The king bed suite is very large, providing lots of room for our scuba gear The kitchenette is very convenient with: refrigerator, microwave, toaster, plates & cutlery The weekend breakfast hours are 7-10 accommodating those that want to sleep in a bit And the not so positive: The bed seemed old and wasn't very comfortable... Dear Sir/ Madam, We do appreciate your positive comments and assure you that we will continue to improve them while working on the shortcomings. Some of the shortcomings are physical in nature and find ourselves helpless to overcome. Nonetheless, we agree with your comments and try to off set with our sincere efforts of service. This motel has an outdoor pool, laundry mat and includes a free continental breakfast. The rooms are equipped with a microwave, coffee pot, dining area and good TV channels. Bed is very comfortable and there are smoking and non smoking rooms but people tend to smoke on the balconies. The heating system is old with forced air heaters which are... More
