The customer service at the North Vancouver Hotel was among the best I have ever experienced. The management and staff are honest, responsive, and truly committed to making your stay as good as it can be. I highly recommend this hotel to anyone on a budget who does not want to sacrifice comfort and cleanliness for price.

We had booked this hotel for friends during summer. The staffs was really helpful and patient with all our questions. The location was good which provide my friends to explore downtown Vancouver by themselves. I will definitely recommend this hotel again.

I stayed here with a few friends for a weekend in Vancouver. The price was fair (considering it was close to downtown Vancouver) and we even used public transport from the nearby Marine Drive intersection so we did not have to fight traffic over the Lions Gate Bridge and for parking in downtown. I got a room very close to... More

This is an 'okay' hotel providing reasonable levels of cleanliness, functionality and comfort. It could be described as a typical overnight/passing through hotel providing a cheap (was equal cheapest hotel out of 9 we used), but perfectly adequate stopover. Obviously the weather in early October meant the pool was not open and in the summer this facility could make a... More

A pretty standard North American motel style hotel. Was quiet and we both slept well. We did not have breakfast so cannot comment on that. Room and bathroom clean enough but could do with a refurb or steam clean of floors. We found reasonable food (Earls) within 10 minutes walking distance on Marine Drive. We spent two nights there. Calipano... More

Stayed 3 nights at beginning of a two week holiday to Vancouver and Alaska. Typical motel like hotel. Clean with an included breakfast which was adequate. Easy and frequent bus service into downtown vancouver. All in all basic but acceptable

The hotel is a little dated, but in a great location for access to Downtown Vancouver and Capilano Bridge. We were surprised when showing up for the supposedly great breakfast that you needed a voucher. We booked through Expedia and never seen anything about being excluded from the breakfast. We even had booking that showed a deluxe room. That's the... More
