This hotel is conveniently located, but since the AC didn't work (and they were full so could no offer another room), and the cleaner left no soap for our last day, can't give it any more than a "2." Nice little refreshing pool was clean.

We walked in off the street and the hotel matched the price shown on Booking.com. The young man at the desk was helpful and friendly. The room had everything we required. The air conditioning was a bit noisy but effective. The Hotel has a laundry which was much appreciated at this stage if our travels.

The service at the front desk was friendly but that is where the good part of the stay ended. The rooms are small and dark, as are the bathrooms. The curtains were falling off the rods. We needed to use the laundry facilities, which are located in a small room to the back of the pool with a leaking ice... More

Stayed 1 night for a concert at nearby Ambleside Park. Super busy hotel located in busy North Van. As hotel was fully booked the night before, staff were scrambling to get rooms ready for another sold out night. Staff was fantastic to deal with, rooms were clean & cool! Room fridge was a bonus. One would think being so close... More

We've stayed there a couple of nights in May, 2015. At the begging, we were not sure if the hotel would give us a comfortable stay or not based on its look. But surprisingly, the service they provided us was excellent. The breakfast was yummy, loved the pancake!! The room was super clean, the front desk staff were very friendly,... More

My wife and I booked a room through Expedia and didn't see the small writing on the reservation that stated no refunds will be given. Due to the sudden death of my wife's father, we tried to cancel three days before the reservation date. The person who answered the phone coldly stated that no refunds will be considered for any... We've stayed here at least eight times and have never had a complaint - obviously or we wouldn't keep returning. Upon phoning directly to book a room I was stunned to learn that the rates had almost doubled since our last stay. The explanation was that rooms were in demand for the FIFA Women's World Games and that all Vancouver... More

More like a motel by definition, but it was clean and comfortable. The neighborhood felt safe and very central (easy access to Shipyard, West Vancouver shops/restaurants, and minutes away from the Lion's Gate Bridge to downtown). They also offer complimentary continental breakfast. Cozy little place. Staff was nice.

We stayed at the hotel the day prior to sailing on a cruse ship. The main reason there was a package available that I could park a vehicle there and the hotel would shuttle us to the ship and back for an extra price. The room was nice, nothing outstanding but good for a place to stay before you board... More

We stayed here during an event at the Vancouver Convention Center and it met our needs. The rooms were a little dated but comfortable and spacious. The breakfast was solid, although we had some issues with bees since the seating was outdoors. They also have bike rentals on premise and it's a shame we didn't have more time to utilize... More
