Stayed 3 nights at beginning of a two week holiday to Vancouver and Alaska. Typical motel like hotel. Clean with an included breakfast which was adequate. Easy and frequent bus service into downtown vancouver. All in all basic but acceptable

The hotel is a little dated, but in a great location for access to Downtown Vancouver and Capilano Bridge. We were surprised when showing up for the supposedly great breakfast that you needed a voucher. We booked through Expedia and never seen anything about being excluded from the breakfast. We even had booking that showed a deluxe room. That's the... More

Picked this hotel by the reviews I had read, knew it wasn;t going to be anything special, so the expectations were not high, Arriving to the colour of the building was oh No! But you can't judge a book by its cover. The room was at the front near the road, but really wasn;t that bad. Two queen beds and... More

Stayed here for two weeks due to some home renovations. I was very pleased with the initial room – a king bed. Overall the staff were extremely helpful and friendly with the exception of one somewhat grumpy night clerk. For me, the location was perfect, as I could easily walk to Steve Nash Fitness World and Park Royal shopping centre.... More

The service was good: The booking clerk was very pleasant and I was done in less than 10 minutes checking-in. However, when I got into our room, I got the surprise of my life coz laying on the floor at the back of the bathroom door, were a woman's used underwears! I immediately informed the front desk he was very... More

my daughter and i stayed here one night at the end of our holiday. We travelled on the ferry from Nanaimo to Horseshoe Bay. As we did not have our own transport we took a taxi to the hotel which was 40 cad. We could have gone by bus but we had all our luggage. The hotel bedrooms are over... More

We stayed 7 nights. Good hotel, comfortable and very good location. Close to downtown with buses (10-15 minutes to Stanley), 5 minutes by bus to Catapilano. We did not take the free breakfast, it was summertime and two many people.

We've previously stayed at this hotel and had a reasonable experience. I'm writing this from my room right now, and we opted to stay at a different hotel for the last night of our trip. This room is musty smelling, has areas that haven't been cleaned in weeks, a tilted and sticky floor, a tub that doesn't drain properly and... More

I often go to Vancouver a few times a year to see my brother. This time around, due to it being summer, a lot of the hotels were pretty retarded in price but I was lucky enough to book this hotel. All I can say is my stay there couldn't have been any better for the price. From the cleaning... More

Stayed here with my husband and daughter. Had a kitchen, livingroom with couch/bed, bedroom and full bath. Like a little apartment. Clean and comfortable. Pool was nice. Breakfast delicious. Not far from Lionsgate Bridge. Nice neighborhood. Will stay there again next trip.
