Our room was extremely clean (I'm allergic to dust mites and had no problems at all), very quiet, roomy, and modern-looking, and the bed was comfortable. nice play to stay if you're going to explore the richmond area. A++ on no parking fees which other hotels have. Rooms are clean and comfortable. Been here quite a few times and would recommend to everyone.

Stay here while in Vancouver for work, the updated rooms are fantastic. Lots of space, small fridge, large bathroom, work desk etc. Staff was very friendly and helpful. Restaurant in the hotel was good for client meetings and the food was excellent.

We enjoy this hotel for overnight stays. Free shuttle with good service. Great rooms and great beds and linens.Rooms are always very clean. Front desk staff always friendly. Often get an upgrade. Free shuttle between this and the other Airport Sandman if you want to eat at the other location. Restaurant is good at this location.

This hotel was great for transit. Free shuttle from the airport that comes quickly. Rooms are modern and clean, with very comfortable kings beds. Had free breakfast at either denny's or the in house cafe which was great. Very quick check in and the staff were very helpful and friendly. Would definitely recommend this for people in transit. although it was only a short stay after a long haul flight every aspect were encountered was first class. Very tidy and clean rooms spacious and modern. Excellent quality restaurant also. Highly recommended.

Nice place, normally stay at the Four Points in Richmond and so far so good. Hotel is clean, beds comfy and staff is friendly. No issues at all with the Wifi, good strong signal. I will be returning. Ate at Chop last night, food was good, just a little pricey.
