I've stayed here a few times in the last few years, always very pleased. In particular, the staff are super. Very good rooms, amenities about average, lots of little touches to enhance the stay. Meeting facilities are very good.

The nicest group of employees work here. Its an older building but the rooms have been renovated so you won't even notice once you're inside. Always a pleasant stay with free shuttle service to and from the airport. Gem Baysan

We booked this hotel for 2 nights.We were in town for the Vancouver Marathon. The shuttle runs every 20 minutes to the airport and from there the Skytrain is an EZ ride to downtown. Stayed at the hotel before a holiday to the states. This is by far the best place to stay and park. It's close to the airport, very comfortable room, super friendly staff. I love staying here. They also have a free shuttle to the airport that runs every 20 min or so. Love it.

I stayed at this hotel for a conference and was impressed with its services, food, and amenities. My room was a reasonable size, awesome comfortable bed and great food.
