Location is convenient to the Vancouver airport, breakfast was better than what was available in the Air Canada lounge. Clean room, friendly staff, free parking. Good road connections to Richmond and Vancouver. My second stay at this hotel.

No complaints at all. Airport shuttle was on time, quick and painless.
Free WiFi which was an added bonus.
Hot breakfast was good, and it opened at 6a.m. which was great. We saw people leaving earlier, and the hotel had packed them breakfast to go. How's that for service?

We stayed here one night on 10/3 before a return flight the next morning. The lobby is in the the throes of renovation and maybe there is some painting going on in the covered parking area, but I saw no signs of active work or signs to discourage parking there.
