The hotel was very clean and the front desk was very helpful . The beds were very comfy; even the pull out sofa bed !! It's close to the Olympic richmond center. A lot of parking space but the garage turns were very tight. Would def stay again !!

Check-in was efficient and pleasant and the room was very clean and comfortable. I was there for an evening function followed by 1 day meeting; meeting room was well prepared, food was terrific and all staff I encountered were great.

I have stayed here a number of times, and they greet me by name. Usually my room is ready, and I just sign and I'm off. The staff is quite good. Room and service were great. The only disappointment was the room service. The morning door tag had blueberry pancakes. The kitchen called in the morning and said they don't have any blueberries. Small matter but annoying. I'd go back but no blueberries.

My wife and I recently stayed at the Vancouver Airport Hilton on our way to London, UK. I have stayed at this hotel many times in the past four years. The accommodations and services are always excellent. The staff at this hotel make it exceptional. I highly recommend it.
