Rooms are very small. Traveled with our 2 teenage daughters and we hardly knew where to put suitcases etc. There was no fridge in the room which i thought most airport hotels have.... It was clean enough though and the shuttle right on time in the early morning.

The hotel staff are friendly and pleasant. They are up against a hotel that is not very clean, pretty tired overall and the fitness center is disgusting. The first room they put us in had obviously been used, the bed barely made and a strong smell of cigarette smoke that someone was trying to air out by leaving the balcony... More

Booked the place because of close proximity to the airport. Absolutly unfriendly staff. They treat guests like bggers. They dont give directions. The business center was not working right. Mosquitos in room. Terrible. Even if you get it for free, dont go here

The hotel meets the basic needs for the traveller, just that it is looking a little run down and the rooms are aging. The internet is very poor... And the excuse that there are too many on the system, or your away from the signal is hogwash... The upgrades for wireless is cheap, and I couldn't hook up at all... More

Spent 3 nights with the kids for a National Canadian Girl Pageant being held in the hotel. Little disappointing that when we and others arrived at 3:00 p.m. we were told our rooms were not ready even though our confirmation said 3:00 check in. Our toilet overflowed the first day and the second day it was still clogged abit. Other... More

After a long day of travelling just to get to Vancouver (thank you BC Ferries), we were greeted by the nicest, professional front desk manager ever. Brandon immediately saw that we were tired and just needed to crash so gave us an upgraded room and got us through the check-in procedures quickly and off to bed. We were using their... More

Stayed at this hotel mainly for the Richmond Night Market and to sight see. The receptionist was friendly and helped to the best of his knowledge. I think he must be a trainee because the manager - first thing he said as soon as he saw him is- "I told you not to be using the "um" word. He was... More

Negatives: The rooms are definitely in need of an upgrade. holes in the walls and wallpaper hanging off here and there. In-room air conditioning units too noisy to use so the choice was to be kept awake by the heat or noise from the a/c - not good :( Positives: The hotel staff were very friendly and helpful when I... We chose this hotel as it was close to the airport. It offered airport shuttle and parking for our vehicle for the duration of our holiday. The front desk staff was pleasant. The room was extremely small, but had everything we required. We were away for almost two weeks, and our vehicle was fine when we returned.

Room was small bathroomwas big room was EXTREMELY hot. Only has a mini ac unit to cool room, window opens 1-3 inches. Yuk! I went to Costco to buy a fan si could fall asleep. No one wants to fall asleep from exhaustion and heat tortured.
