The rooms we got were really clean and the location of the hotel was convenient because it was really near the mall and also had a nice park across the street The staff were all so helpful specially at the front desk, i highly commend one of the staff Christian, he helped us make plans to go around vancouver, and... We traveled here to stay after our trip to Whistler before departing at the airport the next day. After three days of skiing we were looking forward to the hot tub, which when we went to use was told was broken. On top of that our non-smoking room smelled like smoke. I booked a queen bed and was told at... More

Went because it was close to airport and had hot tub. Room was humid feeling and smelt like stale smoke, stains on walls, old dingy comforter. Went to use hot tub and was told it's closed under maintenance. Told front desk about unsatisfactory room and was told NO other room in hotel available, no compensation was offered whatsoever for inconvenience... More

Dear ernie 212 We appreciate you taking the time, previously and now , to raise your concern about your recent stay. All our rooms are and have been for a number of years None Smoking so another source must have been at issue. I regret that the Hot Tub had been taken out of service because of an issue with... Considering all the hotels that are in the area of Richmond, Executive Airport Plaza Hotel is at the bottom. Lets start with the lobby experience (2/5): Not that anyone really cares, but the general ambience of the hotel is old and lacking some kind of personality. The staff follow suit - no one seems to care or show any appreciation... More

it started at checkin, the young man, was not very helpful, or even very friendly, then to our room. it was not set up for more than a single person, and there were two of us. Our beds were short sheeted, the matresses, were not even tucked in at the bottom of our beds, we took pictures. There was only... More

There are two parts to this hotel. The tower and the courtyard building. We were put into the courtyard building which is older. We didn't pay a lot of money, so the value was acceptable. It's clean, newer furniture and fixtures. The pool was average, clean. The location is really good. Walking distance to great restaurants, shopping, the sky train... More

I always book with them whenever I need to and they are always convenient, cost effective, and i like their location because it's central. Quick and easy check in check out. They also gave me a complimentary upgrade just because one was available at the time. They're great!

This hotel is close to the airport and offers a friendly courtesy van pick up. The lobby looks spiffy but the rooms not so much. My room was dark, dungeon like. Old everything with cheap me items and furniture. It's ok for a night or two but that's about it. Staff was ok. Didn't seem particularly welcoming. The location is... More

We had a group of five of us staying in a two bedroom suite for one night because we had a sporting event the next day in Richmond. Split between the five of us the price was okay, not super cheap, not too expensive. The room was a good size for our group, it had a living area, a kitchen,... More
