I've been coming to this hotel for business since it's opening and I still enjoy the friendly staff and willingness to help. Great Hotel and Staff. I spend alot of my time on the road and again, I can't say anything negative about the hotel.

Very pleasant, roomy, clean and comfortable. The bed was very comfortable and everything worked well except for one of the lamps and my pillows were quite lumpy. I ordered room service which was quite expensive with the add-ons.

Stayed here several times, they have friendly staff but they are really not able to do much but give friendly service. My issue is that the rooms are just basic/ tv's etc. and their internet often blinks on and off , sometimes frustrating.

Booked this hotel on Priceline various times during this winter and this hotel continues to impress me. The rooms are spacious and clean (especially the bathrooms). The front desk is very helpful and the check-in process has always been very smooth and quick. The hotel also has a gym facility which is very decent for a hotel property.

Booked through discount internet site and expected the typical lower grade room but when we arrived they upgraded us to an executive suite without having to ask (classy). This is an example of management knowing what true customer service is, clean rooms, good restaurant, and the friendly front end staff and house keeping were excellent.
