No shuttle and charging for parking is a cheek. Don't charge clients, charge the people who need to use the car park daily and are currently subsidised by guests!
I only give 3 stars because i think the parking cost is a biggy.

very comfortable rooms, beds were so comfy nice duvets, complimentary coffee in am. hotel close to all amenities, including chinese restaraunts, Aberdeen mall, Future Shop, skytrain.Shuttle service to and from airport, also drove us to skytrain terminal.15 minute drive from airport.

Was in Richmond/Vancouver for business. This hotel is in a great location. Close to the airport, close to a mall and lots of options for eating out all around the hotel. Rooms are clean and good value. Nice breakfast place in the hotel, good friendly service. Will stay there again.
