I stayed for 2 nights at this location. The rooms were beautifully decorated and very clean. The staff were wonderful and suggested things to do in Vancouver. The airport shuttle was prompt and the driver very friendly. I will stay again at this location next time I am in Vancouver. more
I am staying for an extended time paid by my employer. My dishes have been piled in the sink for two weeks and the cleaning staff and management will not clean them. This is a very handy hotel to the airport. The Inn provides a free 24 hr shuttle to & from the airport. They provide maps & directions on how to get by car/bus to the big shopping centre in Richmond. If you want to get to the down town Vancouver area it is about 30 - 40 mins by bus... more

Stayed at the Accent Inn for 2 nights for a shopping trip. Got a excellent rate, checked in early, and had no problems. The only little thing is there is hardly ANY parking late at night. The Accent Inn accomodated six teams (appoximaetly 160 players/team officials) of the BC Hockey Major Midget League for our All Star weekend on February 20, 2009, our stay was great. The rooms very comfortable and clean. Staff treated us very well and were very accomodating to our requirements. Thank again Accent Inn for your support. more

This is the second time I have stayed at the Accent Inn in Richmond and it was just as great as the last! It is a basic outside room hotel but you can be assured that the rooms will be spotless, smell fresh and are extremely comfortable (with alot of space too). Stayed at the Accent Inn Vancouver Airport before and after our trip to Mexico. It is the perfect location for travel. We were able to park our car at a reasonable price and the shuttle service that the hotel offers free was "spot on". The staff were very friendly and helpful, the room was large and recently renovated. Very tastefully.... more
