I hate incompetence. I worked at a front desk before and there is really no need for misinformation. Just keep a book with all pertinent answers to questions at the front desk and add to it as necessary or better yet, put the extra info online so customers can read it themselves! We really like our stay there, very nice lobby and large room even for our family of four. A couple of shopping centers were located within couple of blocks. There's business center where you can access via room key around the clock. Service is quite good I just don't like the fact they will impose a 10 dollar parking fee. more

This hotel was fine for our purpose - we needed a hotel near the airport for our final day in Vancouver and we were there for less than 12 hours.
