I stay at the Richmond Inn many times for corporate travel. It is an average hotel with average rooms. It is a bit tired, but they are renovating the rooms. The lobby has just been renovated and it is a nice big space, however the lounge is open to the lobby so it can be noisey. The room service is... more

I did not stay here again by choice but due to a corporate booking. Here are my thoughts Upon arrival I turned on the heater and set it at 19 degrees. I awoke in the middle of my sleep covered in sweat to a room that was 26 degrees even thought the thermostat was set at 19. Very tired and... more

I hate incompetence. I worked at a front desk before and there is really no need for misinformation. Just keep a book with all pertinent answers to questions at the front desk and add to it as necessary or better yet, put the extra info online so customers can read it themselves! I'm back on the soapbox about pet policy!... more

Just a few comments. I actually stayed at the Hilton next door but went to the Best Western for sessions for the conference I was attending. They are currently renovating the hotel, which makes it very confusing to get around. To access the conference rooms in the west wing, you have to cut through the hallway of the rooms on... more

We really like our stay there, very nice lobby and large room even for our family of four. A couple of shopping centers were located within couple of blocks. There's business center where you can access via room key around the clock. Service is quite good I just don't like the fact they will impose a 10 dollar parking fee. more

Got a good price from Priceline so that was great. A good hotel for a 3 star. Nice and clean, comfortable, quiet during the weekdays, especially for being on the 2nd floor but nosier on the weekend. Housekeeping wasn't as good during the weekend. Didn't fully clean as hair was still on floors, left their dirty rag, forgot to refill... more

We booked this hotel on the flight/park free program. We'd be staying there on the way back because the flight did not get in until around 1 am. I'd booked them several days before departure, on the CAA rate of $ 125 and got a confirmation email. On admission (i.e. parking the car) we were told it was $ 149.... more

Well kept hotel is a little difficult to navigate around especially with the parking - unless you're lucky to find a spot right out front and not in the parkade that is shared with two other hotels. Nice updated rooms with good amenities and food choices on site or right next door. Ideal place for short stays or for the... more

The sheets at this hotel were horrible - they were literally like butcher paper. This hotel was fine for our purpose - we needed a hotel near the airport for our final day in Vancouver and we were there for less than 12 hours. Since there are other comprable hotels nearby, I would suggest looking into other options before booking... more

I stayed at this hotel for 6 nights in March 2007. Although my room had been prepaid three months earlier, and had been guaranteed for late arrival, when I arrived close to midnight, I was told that my room had been sold, and that they had no rooms available that night. However, after apologizing profusely, they immediately walked me over... more
