We were moving my oldest son to Vancouver and needed place to stay first night. The staff made us feel welcome and went out of their way to accommodate us after a long trip. Complimentary breakfast was much better than typical continental and affront desk very helpful when asked questions about local things. Would recommend to anyone flying into airport... More

This place is just okay...nothing special, but nothing terrible. On an up note, the breakfast is decent and the front desk staff seemed nice....although they weren't that nice to me until they found out I was a platinum member. The beds were fairly comfy. On a down note, I found several hairs in the bathroom upon my arrival...one LONG black... More

We were visiting Seattle and decided to head up north to check out the Richmond Night Market and the Vancouver area. Room had two doubles and basic amenities. Clean hotel, basic size room and friendly staff. We accomplished our goal of experiencing the Richmond Night Market. It is about a fifteen minute walk from this hotel. I would not recommend... More

We opted to find a hotel in the outer suburbs of Vancouver trading price for distance from the city center. The hotel is walking distance from the Skytrain service that goes directly to the airport and downtown Vancouver. Airport is 15 mins and downtown is about 30 mins or so. The room was a bit small compared to other Holiday... More

Convenient for short stays and getting to and from the airport. At check the desk was very busy, had to wait a while to be served, staff just average not overly friendly, I think they were a bit stressed due to the amount of people waiting in line! My room was nice, had a king size bed and a small... More

We stayed here pre cruise and upon entering our room it was terribly hot. We turned the air conditioner on and it didn't cool down. Then I noticed the carpet wet at the foot of the bed and the window open. I called the front desk and they moved us to another floor, after we were unpacked, daughter showered and... More

The main reason we stayed here was to be close to the Vancouver Airport. The rooms were average -- comfortable and very clean with nice bedding; the bathroom was spotless with free shampoo etc. We were a bit surprised that there were only sheer curtains for the window, this would be a problem if you need a dark room to... This is the perfect spot for an overnight stay in Vancouver, when your connecting flights are not the same day. Free and frequent shuttle bus, quiet place, extra clean, very generous breakfast, well located close to the sky train, if you want to go downtown. Simply loved it.

Decent hotel, but NOT A SAFE AREA FOR THEFT. My truck was in their locked compound for merely 6 hours before having the contents stolen, right in front of a security camera. Hotel staff called the police, but did not notify me for nearly 2 hours. They offered no compensation and still billed me for the room after having $25,000... More

JanineE - The team and I appreciate and understand your frustration with the loss of your property.
