On arrival a very warm welcome - guests sitting room was like 'home from home'. Bedroom has cosy chairs -sky TV- quality bedlinen and large bathroom ( just short of some surface to put things down on). Lovely cottage. Very clean. Excellent breakfast. Quiet village area. If you enjoy walking there are many different places to go within a short drive.

Stayed here for two nights when visiting a friend at nearby Ullswater. A good B&B in a cosy old cottage. We had the Primrose room which was at the back overlooking fields.
