Despite a personal crisis Sonya made these two elderly women travelers very welcome, The highlight of the inn is its cosy living room with deep soft chairs, lots of good books and magazines, DVDs, access to cold soft drinks and an air of calm and comfort. Riverside Albert is a good jumping off point for the Bay of Fundy. A... More

Thank you for taking the time to write a review. We do hope the hurricane didn't interfere too much with the rest of your vacation. A simple request would have rectified the lamp situation, since better ones have been added to other rooms, we would have gladly made a switch for you. That being said, new lamps are on the... More

My wife and I spent 4 nights here and it wasn't enough! The location of the Inn is perfect! Close to all attractions, and surrounded by beautiful walking trails, such as the TransCanada Trail, and Crooked Creek, just to name a few. The Inn is spotless! The rooms are wonderful, the beds extremely comfortable. We were on a 3 week... More

My family and I stayed one night. The two rooms that we occupied were the only ones occupied that night. The home is an older home, beautifully restored. Some of the reviews dinged them a star for lighting or noise or the shower. Come on people! The house is 160 yrs old! There are antiques throughout ( including the claw footed... More

Jeff and Sonya were fantastic...and their Inn is something to see. We knew one couple at the New Year's dinner, and quickly made friends with the other three. We thoroughly enjoyed their hospitality - the fantastic meal and service. This Inn quickly puts you at ease and is extremely well appointed and comfortable. A great view, wonderful decor and large... Stayed for New Years Eve Celebration. The inn was very well designed, large rooms, all with their own bathrooms, very clean, bed was very comfortable. Our hosts Jeff & Sonya put on an awesome supper and a delightful breakfast. The common room has a beautiful fire place and proved to be a great gathering place for the evening. Our hosts... More

I recently got home from a trip with my grandfather where we stayed at about 18 or so hotels in about a month. The Maplegrove Inn was by far the best place we stayed at along the trip. Their rooms where large and very homey. The bathrooms had a really cool mix of old style, with up to date features.... More

My husband and I usually don't stay in B&B's, but made an exception for this one...and we're glad we did! The B&B part is separated from the main house, so you don't feel awkward "staying in someone's house." The breakfasts were great...I had the light breakfast once (yum, homemade granola!) and the raspberry french toast twice. The hummingbirds flew up... More

Our two-night stay at the Maplegrove Inn during our late August road trip with relatives to Maine, New Brunswick, and Prince Edward Island was exceptional! Our room was very neat and comfortable, and the breakfasts were great. We chose the optional evening dinner, and it was superb. Proprietors Sonya and Jeff prepared a truly gourmet dinner, complete with fresh vegetables... More

We just returned from an all too brief stay at this jewel of a bed and breakfast. What a wonderful place and we couldn't have asked for more welcoming and accommodating hosts, Sonya and Jeff! The rooms were beautifully decorated with antiques and comfy beds, downy soft pillows and lovely linen that guarantee wonderful sleeps. I loved the fact that... More
