The staff is helpful and friendly- good amenties and overall a good experience. The only negative point was the smell of smoke in some rooms- can be sorted out easily if the hotel staff wish to do... I remember staying at this hotel 10 years ago when accompanied my husband during his conference. This time we choose to stay here since my husband had his meeting at the Uniten Bangi. To our surprise, this hotel does not change at all, this is the same hotel 10 years ago except it looks older and dampened. Only the name... More

We checked in for one night stay at this hotel for an event nearby. Checked in was okay, quite fast. The room is big, but we were informed that there is no room with double beds, king or queen size. The air condition does not seem to work well. Even with the lowest temperature setting the room wasn't cold enough.... More

stayed in this hotel during a weekend course in KL. Chosen this hotel due to its close proximity with the location of the course (within 5 minutes drive, the nearest i could found as the place can considered quite remote). Rooms are old fashioned but given the hotel is actually run by the university hence the expectation was not high.... More

For that price it is a really good hotel to stay if you have an work in Putrajaya. It's only ten minutes away and there are no traffic jam getting there. Breakfast is great and there is a great variety of food one can see in four or five star hotels. Otherwise simple fare available strolling along the lakeside to... More

Booked this hotel because I was going to a conference/seminar at PICC. It was the cheapest option we could find and on the map, it didn't look too far away from PICC. However, we found out that whilst there's cab services available to go to various points of interest, the rate is quite high if there's just 1 or 2... More
