Purported to be a 5 star hotel. Not so! The whole hotel was uncomfortably hot with air conditioning apparently set high or not working at all. Rooms were clean but once again the air conditioning wasn't apparent and made it uncomfortable

Positive: - free wifi - in centre of city, but in quiet cul-de-sac - clean, comfortable room but not large - decent food and the chef gave me a steak when I explained that I needed something gluten free from the buffet (Thank you, again.) - view from balcony, if in a room in the front - beautiful and historic... The hotel is nicely located in the centre of Bursa; the staff are friendly; the rooms are clean, comfortable and modern. The bathrooms are very clean and well furnished. A couple of minor problems: the rooms are best described as cosy and the hotel has no bar! The food in the hotel is of decent quality and the breakfast particularly... More

We're lucky that we stayed only for 1 night there.. We were 6 and took 3 rooms in the first floor. When we arrived, the lobby is very small with no AC. It was full since there was another group leaving. The smell of the first floor was stinky as if you were in the middle of the kitchen. The... More

We chose the hotel for it's central location, and what a location it is!!! It's literally a few steps away from the metro station (I believe it was Shehrekutsu) and a great starting point for exploring the old city of Bursa. We made an online booking and requested a high floor room, upon arrival we were given a well decorated,... More

We stayed one night as part of a tour group. The room we had was extremely small and dark. The air conditioner did not cool the room as it was situated behind the curtains. If the curtains had been opened we would have had a bright light shining in the room during the night. There was a musty odour in... More

Ive spent one night here. The hotel is nice, eventhough it doesnt look like a 4 star hotel. When I was there last month, it was under renovation. I stayed in a triple room in the sixth floor. It was new, clean and comfortable as it is just undergone a renovation. The dinner and breakfast buffet was good with limited... More

This hotel looks very nice but I was really disappointed with their service. One good point about this is the location right in the city centre if that's where you want to be. We asked for an extra bed which they charged 35 euros but was just 2 mattresses Had a nightmare experience here. We checked in at about 4... More

Stayed for one night. I didn't arrive until 11pm and still got a lovely meal in the restuarant. The room was large and very clean. Comfortable bed and a good night's sleep. The breakfast was superb, plenty of choice, hot and cold.

We took a tremendous tour of Turkey at the end of Sept. 2011. The Kevansaray Hotel in Bursa was abominable. The beds were boards with sheets. The sinks were filthy with caulk oozing from under the lip of the sink. The A.C. emitted a high pitched whine in Room 1; in Room 2, the AC did not work; in Room... More
