We spend our last 2 days in Auckland at Peace and Plenty. Our hostess Judy was a true delight, so warm and welcoming and the house itself is beautiful and elegant and extremely comfortable. Breakfast was generous, fresh and delicious, and really set us up for the day. Devonport is a great location in Auckland City from which to explore... More

Lovely place to retreat and relax, in surroundings with so much attention to detail, with many interesting features and collections! Lovely breakfast, in a nice environment, with welcoming and friendly host. Had particularly comfortable sleep in quiet room, with good atmosphere. Would highly recommend if you want an individual experience full of charm.

From being accommodating at every turn through to cooking up the best breakfast ever, visitors to the Peace and... More

my daughter and I holidayed here from Australia, for four days in January. Judy and Cooper were absolutely adorable. The accomodation was luxurious with extraordinary breakfasts. Absolute perfection and in a magnificent location right on the harbour at Devonport with walk to wonderful shops. We will be back. R and E

We enjoyed a wonderful Mothers Day occasion at the Peace and Plenty Inn for High Tea. The tables were beautifully presented traditionally with exquisite china and silverware - we took lots of photos! The decadent food tasted home made but with a touch of class and was very generous in servings. We all agreed the service was attentive and friendly... More

My Mum and I visited the Peace and Plenty Inn for a Mother's Day celebration. The villa itself is beautiful and very well kept, and the food served was delightful. My Mum is still raving about the scones we were served! You feel right at home at the Inn, almost like you're at your grandmother's (very grand) house. Judy, the... More

High tea at the Peace and Plenty. Wow - just wow! Everything about this place is lovely - Judy the owner, Cooper the resident chocolate spaniel, the high tea, the house - just everything.
