My boyfriend and I stayed here for one night in August whilst cycling around the island. The hotel is situated just above the beach and affords stunning views of the sea. The room was very comfortable with all amenities you would expect, including wifi. The restaurant downstairs was very nice and although a bit of a mismatched menu, the food... More

The Prince of Wales staff couldn't have put themselves out more to welcome us to their hotel. With untypically bad weather they assisted in making us feel as comfortable as possible. Their breakfasts are superb and freshly prepared - dinner equals that. Lobster thermidore was to die for....! Excellent value stay in the is wonderful location.

We stayed over the bank holiday weekend and although when booking the rooms the gentleman was extremely helpful, we arrived and it was all very nice, service was good on the first day although we were treated very differently on the evening as we didn't book at table at the restaurant, the food wasn't very good there on any of... We chanced upon this hotel while touring the Island by car. As it happened, we stopped first at the neighbouring pub but it was fully booked. The Prince, by contrast, was fairly empty. Perhaps that tells you something. Lovely location for sure and from what we could see, the building itself looked in good decorative order and seemed nicely furnished.... More

We had a lovely one night stay here. Its a perfect location for a short stop. The beach is fantastic and so quiet. The hospitality from Lucas and Tomas was excellent. Nothing was to much trouble. The evening meal and breakfast were great and served in a room with fabulous views. FABULOUS. We cycled and you can store your bikes... More

Found this little gem of a restaurant whilst taking a tour of every bay we could find on the island. We enjoyed our lunch on the terrace which was shaded with parasols and were able to enjoy watching the beach goers whilst we ate. Food was very good and nicely presented. Prices were reasonable and service was efficient as opposed... More

Enviable position with room over looking the patio to the beach which makes one forgive the hotel for being a little run down, the rooms could have been cleaner and the restaurant food was reasonably priced but quite basic. A fairly pleasant three day stay which was regretfully spoiled by a themed function on the Saturday afternoon and evening, reveler's... More

Having read other reviews I was expecting this hotel to be head and shoulders up above the rest, but I was to be slightly disappointed!! When we arrived we had to ring the bell 3 times before anyone came, when they did arrive there was no apology, we were told that they were busy,(well I am also a paying guest)... More
