I stayed at the Church Farm while doing the Cleveland Way and it was such a relief to find a nice hot shower and clean room waiting for me! The next morning Carol served the most amazing breakfast and after that her husband (so sorry I didn't get his name) dropped me back on the route, which was very kind... More

We stayed here for one night on our walking trip on the Cleveland Way. Our room was huge and we had a wonderful view of the village. Kilburn is a very pretty place with a nice pub, the Foresters Arms. The pub is practically next door to Church Farm and does great pub food. Carol is chatty and very kind... More

Just got back from a 3 night stay. A very welcoming, relaxed and peaceful atmosphere- Carol is lovely to talk to. Kilburn village is very picturesque and a great base for exploring the local area. Room was very clean and tidy with good facilities, and a lovely fresh breakfast in the morning. Good value for money and would definitely go... More

we had a lovely one night stay at this warm and welcoming b and b in the beautiful quiet setting of the village of Kilburn. Our room was spacious, clean, and you could tell someone had tried to think of everything to make a guest feel comfortable. It was handily within a very short walk of the Forresters Arms pub... My wife, grown up sons and girlfriend had booked to stay at Church Farm, first night stopover enroute re their "Cleveland Way" walking trip. I had not intended to stay overnight with them but the weather was so good that day, late on I decided to join them if Church Farm could fit me in. The host and family were... More

We have stayed at this b&b many times over the last three years and could not disagree more with Jo1932. Perhaps when booking accommodation you should be looking to stay in a city and not at a FARMHOUSE b&b in the country. The rooms are bright, airy and very clean, the breakfast is excellent and every one of the 8... More

I'm not even sure how I managed to find this place on the internet, but I did, and we stayed there just one night. It's a working dairy farm, and guests stay in the house with the family. Their bedroom was right opposite ours, which we didn't mind, but some people might. The room was very clean, with an ensuite... More
