We were 6 adults from one family travelling together. This B and B fit our needs exactly. My husband and I had one room, my son and his wife a second. We had booked a twin for our other two adult daughters but the owners gave them each a room of our own (to the girls' great appreciation). When we... More

Very comfortable B&B. We were greeted warmly by the owner. Enjoyed afternoon tea with homemade shortbreads. Excellent breakfast. Overall clean and spacious rooms. Only concern was that we were not given a key for the rooms. If this is a concern, just bring suitcase locks. Otherwise, fantastic stay.

Like walking into your country home - quiet hospitality with live fire, pot of tea and TV in the cosy sitting room. Double en suite room with very comfortable bed. We slept soundly, despite apprehension about the road outside, and breakfast was a healthy banquet in the ample family front room with daylight brightening the start to an early journey... More

I came here after the "rainest" day of our whole holiday, and we loved the house, but most of all the breakfast the day after. The service was perfect and the room comfty (not too big but nice). Watten is a tiny village, therefore (for us) a lovely place. And the sunset on the Loch Watten was beautiful!!

Wonderful, warm, and welcoming B&B. The rooms are comfortable and spacious. Location made many of the sites around Caithness easily accessible. At the top of my list though, is the open, helpful owners. They helped elevate my "family vacation" to one of creating lasting connections, not to mention finding and retrieving lost items! Highly recommended and we will definitely return... More

Stayed for 3 nights in Spring, and loved it! Beautiful old farmhouse with lovely breakfast room and cosy guests' snug with fireplace and TV. Breakfast was amazing, with fresh fruit, muesli, porridge, cooked breakfast, fruit juice/tea/coffee and croissants. We stayed in the family room (myself & husband, 7yr old, 11yr old and 1yr old baby) - unusual to have a... More

We stayed here for one night on the way back from a holiday in Orkney. Very impressed with the friendly welcome, bright and spacious family room and especially with the fantastic breakfast - one of the best we can remember having in a B&B anywhere! The atmospheric Camster cairns are nearby. We would definitely make this our first choice when... More
