Warm welcome started at the pier, where Helen correctly guessed who we were and wanted to drive our bags up to the guesthouse, only 2 blocks away. Great recommendations on what to see and do & super comfortable rooms! We were leaving on an early ferry and she insisted on getting us breakfast before we left. So nice, beautiful guesthouse... We stayed with the O'Gradys for 2 night in a trip with Wilderness Travel (the BEST travel company). It was like staying in a friend's home. Helen and her husband Allan are welcoming. Allan, the chef, cooked what my group rated as our best meal (crab claws for a appetizer and cod for the main - both caught just the... More

There were thirty three in our group staying at several locations around the harbour area and we were allocated O Gradys bnb. We were very impressed on arrival and were met at the pier by "wonder woman" herself Helen, our hostess and owner of O Gradys. After loading all our luggage into her car we walked the short distance to... More

Lovely B&B, spotlessly clean and very well decorated. A sweeping staircase leads to large bedrooms with sea views. Helen and Alan are excellent hosts, very friendly and helpful. Their delicious breakfasts set us up well for our days of exploring this beautiful Island.

Really lovely B&B, well decorated, clean and comfortable. When Helen says it is a "stones throw from the beach", that means opening the front door and getting your three year old to throw it! Ask for the sea view- it is great. Helen kindly made me a lunch for a day's walking around the island Terrific place to stay on... More

Wow! On an island in the middle of the ocean, we would not have expected this. Wood floors, wide sweeping staircase, large rooms, comfortable sofas, fireplace and beautiful views. We couldn't ask for any more. Helen is a gracious hostess. Helped us with everything including introducing us to her father-in-law who might be a long lost relative! All rooms are... More

We stayed 2 nights with Helen and Alan and had a wonderful time. Modern spotlessly clean guest house with beach frontage. Room and en-suite bathroom were very spacious. Beds are super comfortable. Great breakfast. Helen was extremely friendly and flexible with looking after our luggage until our ferry departure time. Over all we had a very comfortable and hassle free... More

Stayed here with a group of friends for one night on our 11 day tour of Ireland. We booked last minute with 8 people and they were more than happy to accommodate allowing us to put extra people in one of the rooms. The space was clean and comfortable. Small bathrooms with electric showers in each room (the norm in... More

I stayed here for a night recently and it's an excellent B&B. The rooms are bright and airy, the beds very comfortable. The place is spotless. We had dinner and breakfast there, Helen is a great cook and a very welcoming host. The b&b is located close to the ferry port and is easy to find.
