As part of a photography group we stayed overnight here in the stockmans' quarters - and loved every minute of it. Country hospitality, superb food cooked by the station owners, a variety of photographic objects (flora, fauna, landscape) and an amazing sunset with stormy skies reflected beautifully in the dam near our quarters. A shaded pool to relax in, tables... More

This station gives a real idea of what is a real farm of the Outback. It is charming, typical and ideal to relax. We went there in the begining of October, the grass was dry and it was even more typical this way. Being at the swimming while watching the sunset and the horses was just amazing.

A breath of fresh air to arrive at a working cattle station & find old fashioned country hospitality in a unique setting on the Adelaide River. We stayed in the Caretakers cottage, 3 bedrooms, one bathroom, huge kitchen & a veranda enclosed in Fly wire, just as we remembered from our upbringing.Well situated for exploring Litchfield National Park where we... We spent four days at the beginning of September 2013. It's an experience in more ways than one. True it's a cattle station but the Male & Female Showers were crude and lacking. On the third night my wife went at dusk to shower, in the next an Austrian lady who screamed for her husband that a snake was in... More

Camped here for 1 night & must say it definitely gives you a taste of the outback!! First time staying in NT...the grounds are really beautiful but there were just too many creepy crawley's for me!!! :-) Toilets & showering facilities were spotless. The owner was so friendly & he even took the time to show us the available spots... More

We, parents and 2 boys (5 and 8) spent two days in August with our rented Camper Van on the campground of Mt Bundy Station. The two days were part of our 1week tour through the Top End. Mt. Bundy Station is a great place for a family. We arrived in the evening and found an unpowered site on a... More

Just spent a weekend at Mt Bundy and was very impressed by the relaxed atmosphere. It is fantastic to have a camp ground that our "fur baby" is welcome at and it is great to be able to have a campfire at night. Lots of walks, lots of scenery and plenty of wildlife around. A great base to explore Adelaide... More

Peaceful surrounds and the kids enjoyed the swimming pool. Great van site. Great base for touring Litchfield National Park, Batchelor, waterfalls, Adelaide River rail and war history. Booked on Internet with a call to them the day before we arrived. Courteous staff.

We paid for three nights and got four, would have loved to be able to stay longer. Scott and the Sue were very friendly and welcoming when we arrived. What was to unfold was a great experience in being able to relax and just enjoy peace and a sense of well being with all of the various animals that are... More

We camped for 4 days under this huge 100 year old tree which is the roosting place for peacocks and guinea fowl. Throw in a family of tame buffalo, feed Nigel the bull in the horse paddock, pelicans in the billabong, a little horse and her new foal, Fig Jam, assorted dogs and a few flies, nothing at Mt Bundy...
