I was invited to a multi generation birthday party here and it was an ideal location as the weather was relatively cooperative. With over 70 guests it was ideal as there is a variety of accommodation styles. I shared a chalet with four young men I have known since they were toddlers and was given the best room. l peeked... A number of us booked into St Audries Bay as part of a ballroom dancing break. We were booked into 3 chalets as part of a bed and breakfast deal. Two of our chalets (no. 31 and 33) were great, if a little shed-like in appearance! Our friends were originally booked into no.43, which was less good. However they had... More

Staying at St Audries is like going to Pontins in the 50's. It is in a beautiful location and has its own unspoilt beach and lots of space. The chalets look pretty dated but that adds to the character of the place. We actually stayed in a three bed caravan and although about fifteen years old it was very spacious... More

We stayed for a week in our motorhome, having never been before. It did remind me of Butlins in days gone by. The staff could not have been more friendly or helpful. The food in the bar/restaurant was good value for money. The real talking point was that the place was scrupulously clean everywhere! It's sad that is so remarkable... More

I stayed here camping for a few days whilst walking the West Somerset Coast Path. It is a good site in a very beautiful location. I had not been to the beach here before and it's lovely, a sand and shingle beach backed by red cliffs and with a small waterfall at one end. There is a path down from... More

When I told my mum that my husband and I were going to Somerset for holiday she said you have to go to St Audries. Apparently I was taken there when I was about 3! We booked for a week in September and we wasn't disappointed. We went in the multi organ week, the food was great the entertainment was... More

I first went to St Audries Bay as a child of 12 with my parents, we enjoyed it so much, we returned 3 consecutive years, the same weeks and met up with the same holiday makers. Then later with my own young children, who enjoyed the same experience that I had many years before. On my sons suggestion (now aged... More

We stayed at St Audries with a classic car club that holds a week long rally in a different venue every year. The way down to the site was interesting, to say the least in a classic car, but once you get there the site has great views over the Bristol Channel and surrounding areas. However, as other reviewers have... More

Last time we went camping was about 15 years ago and decided to go again for a weekend we went with our 2year old grandson, first impressions was the warm welcome from the reception staff who gave us all the information about the site. The camping and touring section was in a nice peaceful section of the camp with the... More

Went with a group of motoring enthusiasts, nice site, good size caravan, a little dated but it was the cheapest on site, meals were excellent, staff were great but the bar prices seemed very high to me
