This was one of the cleanest, most civilized, welcoming campgrounds I've ever been too. Off season cabin rentals are a steal! The commonly shared lodge with ample wood for the wood stove and cooking facilities makes tent camping very comfortable.

This Campground is very clean and quite. The Couple that runs it, are very nice and helpful. They Maintain the grounds, cabins and all the facilities very well. This is without a doubt the best place I stayed in our road trip from Saskatchewan to Newfoundland and back. I would stay here everytime I came to PEI. Thank you Marlene...

We stay here often when we go to PEI. Fresh cut flowers in the bathroom, the owners remember you when you come back and bend over backwards to make sure everything's good! The best campground around!
You will be pleasantly surprised here! On October 17, 2011 we found the only campgrounds still open. It is beautiful and well maintained. Marlene and Les are wonderful campground hosts and owners. Lots of trees, great facilities. We pulled our 30' travel trailer down the wrong trail, and Les cut down a tree to make the turn to safe ground....

This is one of the nicest campgrounds I have ever seen. Everything is kept clean and the bathrooms are spotless. My husband and daughter and I travel in a camper and our site was large enough to set up an additional shelter for the picnic table. The owners are fantastic! In addition to being friendly and helpful, they work tirelessly...

We spent 1 night at the campground this past weekend for a multi-family weekend getaway. The campground is small but it is clean and quiet. It has a saltwater pool and a playground for kids. We had a tent site and the others with us has cottages. The cottages are nice and have 1 double bed and 1 set of...

We stayed at New Glasgow Highlands 5 different nights as we used it as a base of operatons to bicycle the Confederation Trail across Prince Edward Island starting in the middle at Hunter River just south of the campground. The owners care for the place meticulously and restrooms are always in top shape. The tent sites are private and in...

Wonderful Family Campground. Small but private. We stayed in Cabin 4 which I highly recommend as it is nestled in the trees where some of the sites are a bit more open. The cabins are very tidy and spacious. There was a queen size bed with a bunk for the kids, a futon, shelves, place under the beds to keep...

We stayed here during a camping trip through the Maritimes. This place is honestly one of the most pleasant stays we’ve had in a campground. We were in the off-season (mid may) so it wasn’t too crowded. We came to camp but the owner offered us a simple cabin for a marginal amount more. These guys have clean and well...

I originally booked a campsite, but ended up in a cabins because record amounts of rain was due to fall that night. It did! The cabins were clean and nice. The entire place was immaculate, just like the rest of PEI. Not only does the place have a heated pool, but they also have a common room that's like a...
