We arrived from Reno to stay one night in Tahoe before heading home. We arrived around 11:00 am. Very early for a check in but the older gentleman at the desk said he had a nice room ready to go. 60 dollars later we were in a nice little room with a nice flat screen, fridge, new bathroom and king size bed.... Was in South Lake for Bike Big Blue, the bicycle ride around Lake Tahoe. Upon arriving we were very all very pleased to see our great Suite. It was 3 bedrooms, a large living room, nice kitchen and huge deck. It looked like most everything in there was brand new too! The place was huge and more than suited our... More

I booked this on Expedia, having no idea where it was located in relation to the places we wanted to go -- casinos, Emerald Bay, restaurants. We arrived at 9 pm on a Sunday and were absolutely thrilled to find it perfectly located within walking distance to casinos, the beach, the gondola and restaurants. The staff went out of theri... Nice small hotel. Rooms are very clean. Small bathroom and shower stall only. No pool, tight parking. Walking distance from tram and casinoes. Pet friendly as well. Excellent stay for the price.

I had to ring the bell several times to find the groutchy inn keeper who made me feel unwelcome. The room reminded me of an eastern european cell block and the bed mattress appeared old and dirty with an old waterbed mattress frame. The jacuzzi had dirty water and was in view of 2 large garbage cans outside. I will... More

We had a great Time! For a family with young kids, it was a great location for us. On main strip (Lake Tahoe Blvd) it is walking disance to Heavenly Gondala and short drive to Heavenly Cali Lodge (which I recommend for Kids Ski / Board lessons). Hotel is next door to Applebees was very handy for us with 2... More

I would not call this a hotel, it is a motel. You drive up to your room. There is free Wifi but it didn't work for me the signal was too weak. The rooms seem to have been remodeled recently, and the quality is not bad, Ikea-chic. There is a heat blower with a simulated fire that I had to... More

Arrived at 11pm at night, freezing temperatures and found the heating in our small but adequate room switched off! Grumpy old man at the desk seemed annoyed that we woke him from his coma to check in - Told us all women were bitc*** before ambling back to his seat. Shower in room - well lets just say I can... Good location (in spring summer at least). The decor in the room was very modern (looked like a recent refurbishment) and included a large flat screen TV. Although the room was not the biggest it was spacious enough. Overall very clean and tidy with a modern shower-room. Warm welcome at reception even tho we were out of season. No dining... More

This place was soo cozy, big comfly clean bed, electric fireplace, free internet, huge flat screen tv. It looked brand new inside the rooms, all new furnishings etc. Shower is a bit on the small side but plenty of hot running water. Really quiet as well. So close to applebees, starbucks, grocery store and heavenly etc. Only negative was the... More
