Really enjoyed our stay in the studio bedroom for great price. Pool and hot tubs were great with a nice view of the mountain. The location was right in the middle of the main street making it easy to walk to restaurants, casinos, and even the supermarket. While it of course lacked a view of the lake, it wasn't far... More

Just returned from a family reunion at Marriott's Grand Residences and couldn't have been more pleased with the experience!! The property is beautiful, with wonderful amenities. Lovely grounds, terrific pool and patio area. Great family-friendly activities. The staff is very professional, well trained, and most helpful. We loved the one bedroom, which to our happy surprise provided generous additional sleeping... More

Spent 4 days in Tahoe last week. This property is in a great location. Close to casinos, movie theaters, gondola, shops. Rooms vary so really not possible to give al review of the indivdual rooms. We stayed in room 4118, one bedroom with kitchen. Was comfortable but lacked some of the conveniences the other rooms have (w/d, balcany). Booked through... More

Marriott as always provided a nice room and friendly staff. This is more a condo/hotel were owners can buy time or you can just purchase rooms nightly like a hotel. The hotel is part of a large complex and has retail shops on the first floor. It has gondola access for Summer sight seeing or skiing in the winter. Valet... More

Just returned from two nights at the Grand residence. It is a beautiful property in a great location. The two bedroom unit we had was spacious and well outfitted for a family.

We arrived earlier than the one-hour check in and our room wasn't ready, despite the 11am check-out time, we decided to have a late lunch while we waited but there the hotel has NO restaurants within it and we were directed by the hotel staff to 'Fire and Ice' in the next door 'Timber Lodges', this was a truly dreadful... More apartments than a hotel but that's fine. Hugely noisy fridge in the room made sleeping a little tricky but otherwise lovely. Great pool, we were there off reason and restaurant appeared to either be closed or closed down. Parking expensive

We arrived a hour before check in and room was not ready; by 4pm we got into one half of the 1 bedroom suite, by 5.30 we got into the other half. In between there was a lot of messing around and apologies, we were given someone else's room and returned keys etc. On day 2, we returned to our... More

We stayed here for three nights this June. Our kids (and many others) loved the pool. The one bedroom room with full kitchen was very well sized and equiped, far better than you see in most rental condos. The staff was friendly and helpful. My only complaint with the property is the mandatory $24 + tips valet service. I find... More
