DOG FRIENDLY. Star! Great location! Close to everything. Walking distance to the Heavenly Village. 3 minutes, if that. Star! Super clean, spacious, cozy rooms! The beds... Oh, how nice. Like a cloud. Star! Decor is rustic with a modern twist. Our room had a fan. Awesome for pushing warm air down. Bathroom had a built-in heater and extremely clean! First... More

The husband and I stayed at the Resort for 4 nights during our ski-trip to Tahoe. We were happy that we found a spot to park our car even though the hotel was booked out. It's proximity to Heavenly, a supermarket and many restaurants makes the location unbeatable. While the room was very comfortable, well heated and sufficient, it was... More

We stayed here last weekend with my sister and her family. We stayed at a two bedroom suite. It was basically one bedroom suites combined. Each family had their own bedroom and bathroom. This was perfect as my sister had two kids with her. The kitchen was usable. We made our own breakfast one morning. Location was excellent. We would... More

I have stayed here in the past before it was 3 Peaks and always loved it due to the value and amazing hot tub. It is now only a bi level hot tub instead of the old tri level it used to be. Came here superbowl weekend and they have remodeled since last time I stayed here and it was... More

We stayed at the 3 peaks resort and beach club for 1 night in September but wished we stayed longer! We loved the location of the club and the atmosphere and design of the rooms! Although they were fairly small we found them to be Cosy and had a great log design on the inside! The resort allowed access to... More

Very friendly staff and very pet friendly. One suggestion if you bring a dog(s) during the winter, bring a cover sheet for the bed so your pets don't get the white comforter etc. dirty. More

Nice rates, good rooms and fantastic service. Craig gave good directions over the phone before we arrived, then steered us towards all the good eats in town. Thanks very much! We'll definitely be back. More

I have stayed here at least 3 times in the past 2 years. Its a super stylish boutique hotel walking distance to Heavenly resort, stateline, shops, etc. The staff is courteous and friendly. Derek, in particular, is kind and quite helpful. Thank you Derek for making us feel right at home AGAIN!!!! More

I am a single parent with 2 great kids who had never been to Tahoe before. I was given a visa gift card to use for our stay. I attempted several times through Hotels .com to pay.... They kept refusing the card! We were already on our way here. I decided to call the resort, Wendy answered and said it... More

We have stayed here many times and are always pleased with the rooms and service. I love the knotty pine walls and rustic decor,It makes us feel as if we are staying in a cabin in the pines! Comfy beds too! And a great shower(you never run out of hot water as we have at many Tahoe motels).A walk away... More
