Super budget friendly, for a room with two beds and a kitchenette. Staff was very nice at check-in, breakfast, and check-out. Location is convenient to the casinos, stores, and lake itself (all walking distance). Parking is free, which is always appreciated. There is a pet fee, but at only $16 a night, you can't beat that. Also, a lot of... More

We booked a with a king sized bed for two nights (with pets) and we also had a late arrival. The service staff came out to meet us at 11pm and gave us an envelope with our name on it that contained room keys and instructions. We had made the reservations and paid in advance about a month before the... More

The room I stayed in was very comfortable and the price was outstanding. The main reason I went was to ski at the Heavenly Resort. Walking to Heavenly from this hotel only takes a few minutes. I will stay here again in the future.

I'm glad we booked this place. It was clean, quiet, comfortable, nice sized rooms and a great location with access to the private beach by Stateline. They also accepted our Chihuahua. Their breakfast was pretty stark, cereals, bagels, coffee, milk and juice. Not bad. More variety would have been nice but for the price it was great. Parking was adjacent... More

Well, I find really hard to believe the other reviews talking bad about this place, I was having a coffee by the lobby and a lady there was just unhappy about life in general, but she was giving all staff a hard time, I can't believe it, she was on and on about getting something for free, why people assume... We had a family of 8 people in a 2bdrm/bth room with a full kitchen. The place was close to pretty much everything you need---casino, shops, beach, ski, and beautiful mountains. Customer service was friendly. We brought food and cooked in the hotel instead of eating their free breakfast since it was very basic. If you got kids, this is... More

They have a some point every day at 18-19. And it is noisy and annoying as H***. Dont understand why they need it at hours when everybody is at their rooms. And they dont have cotrol of which rooms are rented and not. Was just coming out of the shower and suddenly an unknown man opened the door. Because they... More

The location is great, but you pay the price with an old building with paper thin walls and ceilings. Our room did have a fridge and microwave at least. The pool is not open in the winter and there is no hot tub. This place is pet friendly, which is cool. Unfortunately we were next to two barking chihuahuas. I... More

Hotel staff was very pleasant, continental breakfast was sufficient. If you stay here get an upstairs room. Floors upstairs are noisy because they are cheap wood, but good if you have animals. Fireplace hooked to heater was nice. Room was clean, beds were ok. Overall nice cheap hotel, great for animals and a couple of nights stay, good location to... More

Where to start? First, to be fair, we've stayed in Tahoe our whole lives, for a myriad of occasions. We've been during high and low season. We've been there for romantic getaway's and to host a group of 90 High schoolers for ski week and everything in between. We thought we knew what to expect from the area. I guess... More
