Stayed one night, Black Friday. $45 + $12.50tax, $52.50 total for a room on a Holiday weekend. One mile from StateLine. Room was good sized, fridge/microwave. Needed paint and maybe a remodel, but it was clean, vaccumed, and off the street so very little road noise. Would stay again. Not fancy, good location, easy parking/

Staff were friendly, room was clean and ok size, looking out to the garden/pool, which was nice. You get what you pay for, it's a motel chain so don't expect luxury. The location is great, only a short walk to the lake and some restaurants.

Owner & staff super friendly and accomodating. Room average but clean & comfortable. Restaurant & sports bar quite good. Jaccuzi after a long day...priceless!

Second floor rooms have balconies but there is no privacy. A child in the room next to us kept trying to peek in our room. When we checked in, we were told the air conditioning unit wasn't working due to a storm the night before. We were given a small discount because of this. A dog next room was barking all the time, so we had to change the room to the smoking room with no choice. Breakfast was so tiny. no variety. Expensive.
