We came to this hotel after staying at a no frills place for a night and deciding we needed something nicer. This place met all our expectations and more. All the staff were polite and helpful. There was a problem with our fireplace not turning on (though it's mere presence was an unexpected happy surprise), and after we called about... More

We loved staying in Heavenly Village which is so close to the lake. The rooms were large. We had the 2 bedroom which is the same as the 1 bedroom just had adjoining doors. I was told since this building is older that it wasn't zoned to have kitchens so instead we had a kitchenette. The coffee pot was small.... More

Had two separate rooms for our family to stay during our Sunday-Sunday vacation. Our room had 2 separate toilets, two separate sink vanities, a separate shower and a huge hot tub. There was a private bedroom with a Queen bed and two fold out beds (one sofa sleeper in the living room area and one wall pull-down bed in the... More

The Resort is nice, rooms are beautiful, especially the jacuzzi in the room. However, most of the time we were there, the bar was closed. There was no way to get food in the resort except for leaving property. We were both very sick and had to leave property to get food.

Tahoe Seasons Resort is an older property and it's one of those quirky places that you either love it or you hate it as it does take some getting used to. The layout of the room is a bit strange as there is a humongo hot tub right smack dab in the middle of it. It can get a little... More

We've been here twice now, once for a week and recently for a quick get-away over the weekend. We love the jetted tub (huge!) in the middle of the room! The style of the hotel is a little dated but kept up nicely and very clean. There are gas fireplaces in all rooms and refrigerators. On the roof is a... More

Good resort for all. We like the way the bedroom is separate from the pull out couch it's like 2 different rooms when closed off. We had a 2 bedroom which were adjoining rooms for 4 adults. The staff was attentive & helpfully. Our coffee pot was broken, it was replaced within 15 mins. of our call. The resort is... More

We had not stayed at Tahoe Seasons before this trip. It is located across the street from Ski Heavenly parking lot. It would be really convenient if you wanted to ski. We enjoyed the location. The staff is very nice. Rooms are odd. There is a balcony on the 6th floor which was really nice. The rooms are a little... More

A nice but dated resort, spacious rooms with fireplace and whirlpool tub (more about that later). Among the trees a bit back from the main drag. Good food at the pub, but it’s not open mid-week. The staff was exceptionally friendly and helpful, really! A few drawbacks to note that may influence your decision to stay here. You must use... More
