My family has stayed here for Christmas, 2012 and June 2015. The lake in the back is nice for kids to play, the swimming pool & Jacuzzi is relaxing for family to enjoy, the room is spacious, and the kitchen is nice enough for us to cook something we like; moreover, they have the laundry machines there for us to... We stayed in South Lake Tahoe for a Sup race and we decided to book in this hotel thanks for some reviews on Trip Advisor. A day before we stayed for one day due to changes of plans in another hotel in the area, that was nice but this one is a top of the line. We arrived early and... More

We spent two nights in a spacious one bedroom with loft. We were encouraged to contact management in case we experienced any issues. We did experience issues. We did contact management. Our issues were acknowledged by management.

Extremely disappointing stay. Our family stayed here 3 years and enjoyed the accommodations so I rebooked another family trip. I was assured that the unit was rated above average and had been recently remodeled. Perhaps in 1976! Our shabby 4 bedroom townhouse smelled musty and was dirty. Walking on the floors led to blackened feet. The crib brought by housekeeping... More

Dear Beth, Thank you for your posting and my sincere apologies for your experience of this past stay. I hope you received my email as well detailing that this was definitely not typical of our service standards, as seen by the many, many other positive TripAdvisor reviews. We will be immediately correcting any deficiencies we find with any of our... More

This was our second visit to this resort. I consider Aston Lakeland Village Resort as one of the best accommodation around the Lake. It is very conveniently located nearby all what you came to see Tahoe for. The resort’s private beach is unbeatable. I had 3 requests for the hotel staff far beyond our reservation. There were all granted. Thank... More

My husband and I stayed in the lodge for just one night. Knowing that the lodge is right there on Hwy 50 I requested a room not facing the highway. We were giving a room on the 3rd floor, overlooking the parking lot, with a peek-a-view of the lake. Though when we went out on the small balcony the road... More

I stayed in a two bedroom townhome. The rooms are spacious, with a nice family room/kitchen/dining room on the second floor and bedrooms on the first floor. They have an additional two beds in a loft above the second floor. The grounds are very nice, with a gorgeous, long dock that extends well out into Lake Tahoe. It also has... More

We stayed in a condo and although they are somewhat dated, it was fully equipped and clean. Whenever we needed anything, maintenance or housekeeping was prompt. We did have one issue that was ongoing but at checkout the Manager, Leslie, made it "right" for us and was apologetic and sincere in his apologies. There are often problems in a week... More

The hotel itself is nothing amazing, but the staff is really friendly, and the hot tub is nice and big! A little more than I wanted to pay. It is on the beach, good location. Biggest gripe was that the beds were pretty uncomfortable. And I highly recommend staying on the third floor, we were on the second floor and... More

We spent a weekend in a loft room in the main building. It was magnificently clean and they provide just about everything you need in a self-catering apartment. Which was a wonderful surprise! Saved me lugging 4 tablespoons of washing up liquid to Lake Tahoe. The building is old and dated, but the bed is heavenly and the fire makes... More
