First class accommodation and excellent breakfast. Stayed two nights in the back bedroom overlooking the beautiful garden. Everything provided even fresh milk at you door in the morning. Comfortable bed and great shower. Good choice for breakfast with lovely fresh fruit as well as cereal.wonderful hosts. Highly recommended.

We stayed at Old Pond Cottage for the week of 'Glorious Goodwood' in July. Brian & Sandie run an excellent B&B; our room and en-suite was lovely and spotless. The fresh milk left outside of the room in the morning was a lovely surprise & breakfast was superb. Brian & Sandie could not do enough for us; we felt really... More

Just returned from another stay at this delightful B & B. There is certainly no doubt as to how 'Old Pond Cottage' has been awarded 'Trip Advisor Excellence', so obviously totally deserved. Sandie & Brian keep their B & B spotless and have all those extra touches even home made shortbread in the room with the tea making facilities! The... More

Sandie and Brian were delightful hosts. Looking forward to our return trip in September. On my first visit I went on my own as my husband was working. Although alone, Sandie and Brian made my stay as homely as possible. My room was exceptionally clean everyday and oh if I could take the bathroom back to Australia I would, my... More

What a beautiful B & B. Sandie & Brian are the perfect hosts. From the moment we arrived to the moment we left, we we're treated like truly welcome guests. Our room was immaculate and the ceiling fan was a much needed treat. We we're in Wiseborough Green for a wedding and the B & B was the perfect location.... More

After quite a long drive we arrived at Pond Cottage to a very warm welcome. We were shown to a twin bedded room...at the back of the house as requested. There was a tray with all we needed to eemake a cup of tea which was just what we wanted that and a chance to relax. There was a lovely... More

After a minor mix up with our booking Sandie was incredibly apologetic and did everything she could to ensure we had the best stay possible. She upgraded our room, it was all incredibly clean and presentable. Best shower and she even threw in a free breakfast! Ideal location with lovely pub next door.

I arrived 8pm on 23rd June. My (heavy) case was carried up the stairs for me into a delightful bedroom with overhead fan. I walked to the village green, had a drink watching women play stoolball in sunshine, then splendid dinner at next door pub. Peaceful bliss. Morning shower, in sparkling bathroom, was powerful, as was hairdryer. Breakfast (bacon, eggs,... More
